I have purchased a mBlaze ultra wi-fi dongle with reference number [protected]. My service gets activated on 16th November'2015 and suddenly i found that it was not working properly. I called customer support many a times but they were saying there is some issue in network in your area, kindly give us some time to resolve the issue but it never happened. Then they started saying that they are arranging a service engineer at my place which took more than a week to service engineer visit my place. As per service engineer network in my area is very poor because of heavy load on the same. He suggested me to apply for the refund of device money as the device was OK but there was some problem in the network. As per his suggestion I applied for the refund on 8th December'2015. Then I got a reply that my request number is 2716776 which is under process and they will get back to me on 16th December'2015 but I didn't get any reply till 25th December'2015. I again mailed a reminder mail to them and I got a reply that my request number 2716776 has been closed because I have applied very late for the refund (as per company norms i can get refund within 15 days from the date of activation of service if I have not used more than 1GB data). Then after few more conversations on mail, they are saying I have to make payment of Rs.835 (billed+unbilled amount) as my plan was postpaid and I have to pay it regardless of any use. And after I make this payment they will proceed further for device refund. Therefore my overall complaint is that they first delayed in providing service engineer and when I applied for refund they are saying I am late and now they are asking me to pay Rs. 835 for the service which I have never used. Note: I was not able to open a single website using their service.
