MTS never provides download speed o[censored]pto 36 mbps as its claims as the dongle has capacity of only 14 mbps download speed. Intact it does not even provide speed of 500 kbps giving stupid reasons like due to so many users of them in the same area. On complaint of such slow speed, they take your complaint and say that they will respond with technical depatmrtment call but all in vain...

regarding Account with MTS, every other day we are receiving emails from MS regarding the payment. However, we had already made the full and final payment & asked to close this account in June 2015.
