In the midst of floods in chennai where every company is coming for help listen what MTS did with me. There was no network, I know its not MTS fault similarly its not mine fault too. I had around 10 gb of data left which I could not use. I emailed them on 5th dec stating the problem for which I got automated mail but nobody revert back. Again I emailed them still no response. So I decided to call them 7th dec I waited for arnd 10 mins after telling my problem she said can I place call on hold for 30 SECS and she didn't come back even after 3 mins and call got disconnected.I called them again on 8th and the representative said there is no resolution and case is closed. She was so dump she kept telling there is no such option I said her there will not be such option cuz these things doesn't happen everyday, so u can at least place on req she becomes arrogant and says no sir. So, I told her let me talk to your manager again that line 30 SECS (u guys should teach them to be more practical, even if they keep call on hold for 15 mins they will ask 30 secs) after that she says ok sir I will place request on high demand. She assured me that I will get resolution within 24 hours. But I reached saturation when I did not got any mail or email on 9th also. I had no other option I called them on again on 9th, this guy assured me that I will get call before 4 p.m on 9th and now I am writing this at 4.26 p.m but I haven't received a call, he even said me I[censored] miss a call they will call u thrice before closing the case. Don't set high expectation i[censored] cannot deliver

    Customer care service is awful. there is nobody to help if in case there is any billing issue. i have been facing this for good sometime now. if there is any billing issue, you can never seek to any help from there team. It becomes a task to call them and go for a follow up.
    MTS / Sistema Shyam TeleServices [SSTL] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    MTS is cheating so many consumers, I thing we need to make noise now about MTS now.

      Hi, MDN NO:[protected] ACCOUNT ID:[protected] My Contact number - [protected] I have made calls to MTS customer service team couple of times to cancel the services in the month of May 2015 on my MTS data card as I have moved to Pune. The customer care executive refused to cancel the services and their monthly bills are misleading due to which I am unable to understand the total outstanding till date. All I can see is the current bill outstanding and previous bill overdue. I have been receiving monthly bills even after that, I was informed that Cancellation can only be done at MTS office, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Does that mean if I don't visit Gujarat in my life ever again, These guys will keep billing me the same monthly rental without even using the services? This is concerning me a lot. I need the response to this mail along with the resolution on this as soon as possible I refuse to pay the bills from the day I asked the customer service team to cancel the services as It's not MY mistake. I have received an email from someone for collection of bills as below - To Letter No:GUJ/AUG/BC16/0636 Chetang Maheschandra Vora Address: 103 Rutchik Appt Bh Kalyab Jewelars Opp Parimal Garden Ambawadi Ahmedabad Ahmedabad 380015 Dated: 8/25/2015 Subject: PAYMENT REMINDER LETTER MDN NO:[protected] ACCOUNT ID:[protected] Dear Customer We write to you on behalf of Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited [SSTL] offering voice and data services under “MTS” brand. This is in furtherance of our continuous efforts to persuade you to clear the outstanding dues for your subscription Account No.[protected] bearing MDN no.[protected] . It is reiterated that the total outstanding amount towards usage as on date in your account is Rs 1327 You have been our valued customer and it was a pleasure serving you on our network. we would like to restore our association once again by way of this communication.       Dear Sir,
      I am Keerthika.I am using mts for more than eight months and
      i used to pay my bill on time.
      On Oct 16th i paid my mts bill for Rs.11408 instead of Rs.1108
      that is i paid nearly 10, 000 rupees extra by mistake.
      So immediately i called your customer service they said it
      will be refunded with in 30 days.But still i am waiting.Each time when i
      call your customer support each one of them is saying different answer and
      i mailed to all the customer support mail id where i had no response with
      usual reply that they will contact us.
      I am really hurt by your service.Fortunately i got a call from
      Sandhya from bill payment department where she gave your mail id in order
      to solve my problem and she said that my amount has been credited to my
      bank account where i didn't receive it but none of your customer executive
      has told this to me.
      According to the conversation i have attached my bill payment
      detail and bank transaction detail with this mail.Hope atleast you will
      help me.
      Can anyone help me to solve this problem?I am ready to go legal also with lots phone conversation as evidence.

        Im having a very bad service connection from MTS INDIA. 1) my data card doesnt connect to network most of the time 2) im not getting proper signal in my locality 3) upload is very high even if there is no usage even when there is no background process 4) my session is disconnecting half of the time without knowledge My friend Pays 1000rs/month and getting 40GB of data per month he says that he got a special offer .. i would like to ask you even im a user why cant i avail it . i would like to disconnect my service of MTS due to improper service connection . whenever i call customer care the one thing they say is please reboot and call us later.. it takes 15-20min for my call to get connected to your customer care and all they say is to reboot even though i rebooted it several times .. i will pay my bill and close my account please terminate it for the next month..           I have sent email to cancel my MTS data card no. [protected] on 7th Nov 2015 after speaking to MTS customer executive in which the executive advised to send email with bill copy. I have sent multiple emails since then but has not got any response. I initiated cancellation after 4 days and have not used the services at all but still I am getting bills. Why am I getting a bill and MTS customer care executives calling me to pay the bill. Why should I pay when i have already sent multiple cancellation requests straight after receiving the product as it was not working.

            I tried to recharge to my MTS dongle twice today. First for 699 (through rechargeitnow.com) and 999 (through MTS self care portal, transaction id - [protected]) First transaction was processed and got error at the end, the amount got debited but no balance in MTS. Second transaction is also successful but still the MTS balance is 0MB. MTS customer care is not helpful. They does'nt seem to know whether the recharge is sucessful or not. It is really frustrating with MTS recharge online.

              My Data Card No. is [protected]. On 5th dec morning my data balance was 5GB and validity date also 5th dec, I recharge with Rs 248 on 5th dec. but my 5GB data balance not carry forward. then i register a complain "DEC/792" and company member said my validity date was 4th dec, but i see that the validity date was 5th dec because on 5th dec morning i have 5GB balance. And when this Fact i told them, then they register another complain which is "DEC/1017". and till now my 5GB data balance not return. Please resolve my problem urgently.

                Dongle number : [protected] Bangalore circle. no 3g+ signal in my device although the coverage shows that in my area.. registered several complaints with mts. one of the solution provided was try outside your flat or some other room. i did not buy a dongle to sit outside my flat and do my work. they are prompt in sending the bill but not even ready to get the issue resolved.. i will ensure that none of my friends and relatives buys mts devices anytime... mts service is really awful

                  For 999 plan MTS ultra WiFi it was 40 GB, But with out the customer knowledge a down plan was been done to 30 GB. No E-mail, No SMS. The lies for the Customer care service assistance. "If any thing had gone wrong" -------- why do the Customer care service assistance Or Agents Or Sales has to say Sorry. ------ instead they have to avoid the error in first place. "Issues like a SPEED LIMITS ----- 999 + tax MTS ultra wifi 30 GB (15 GB DAY / 15 GB NIGHT) SPEED Limit 9.5 Mbps can be 1.5 Mbps" This was the original statement given by all the Agents in MTS Customer care service, But, I or We or All will get only ------- " 0.01 Mbps " So Dialog based, Customer: he calls MY_MTS_NUMBER and ACCOUNT_HOLDER_NAME Agent: says OK ... and asks for what kind of issue ? Customer: Speed issued and unable to register a complaint in MTS portal, previews agent has not raised a complaint. Agents: ... " Sorry for the issue " ... " for your plan the current speed is 1.5 Mbps and not the 9.5 Mbps " Customer: asses for raised a complaint on your side because customer cod not raise a complaints in MTS portal Agent: ... " We will take a feed back " No SR, No Complaint, No forwarding of Mails. So, I hake to cut or close the session or say OK for the best service tha MTS had given to, and kindly make another call to the same MTS service assistance. So, what happiness in the second time? _same customer _same day with 30 minits + _same customer problems _different Agent says, different Revelations . But the Revelations will fit for the service. The final Consultation: Customer is THE KING for the telecom network in INDIA, except MTS and it is lacking for customer sanctification and they dint have "Customer care service assistance" inside they have "Sales Customer care service assistance". I publish the complaint not because " i HAT MTS Customer care service assistance " but i had a very good knowledge about Telecom domain.

                    MTS never provides download speed o[censored]pto 36 mbps as its claims as the dongle has capacity of only 14 mbps download speed. Intact it does not even provide speed of 500 kbps giving stupid reasons like due to so many users of them in the same area. On complaint of such slow speed, they take your complaint and say that they will respond with technical depatmrtment call but all in vain. They even promise to send technical executive at your place but they never show up. I am after this for long time now.They claim wrong speed and do not deliver. They lie on face. Prosecute them. Penalize them. They are fraud company. Ban such fraud companies. We should take serious actions against them. I wasted my 800 ruppes on this.

                      This is regarding Account with MTS, every other day we are receiving emails from MS regarding the payment. However, we had already made the full and final payment & asked to close this account in June 2015.

                      We have provided them the payment proof as well, still they send us Bill & Legal Notice every Month.

                        Starting from the beginning transaction on 22nd oct was done(mts recharge of Rs 399 twice having transaction id-M90147021a15 & M90147021a14) for which I had posted complaint on 24th oct 2015(complaint no-OCT/8427) for which i had recieved the message that complaint has been resolved.Then we again called up mts customer care and again we got the complaint no(complaint no-NOV/4132 & NOV/4502) and we were assured thatwe would recieve the amount of Rs 798 by 23rd Nov 2015 by 3:00Pm.But we didnt receive any payment.Again of 23rd Nov 2015 at 6:00Pm i contacted the mts customer care and they told me that i would be contacted by the Senior Executive ()who assured that payment would be provided within 12 working hrs.But till date its been one month and above we didnt receive any payment. Please look for this issue as soon as possible as the MTS executives issue only the complaints but they dont resolve it

                          Under instructions from and on behalf of our client above named, we address you as under: -


                          That our client have provided the data/internet/voice services at your (“Service”) request after receiving your duly completed customer application form (“CAF”).


                          As per the terms contained in the CAF, you are liable to pay the various dues, charges as are applicable for availing, retaining and using the said Service. As per the terms in the CAF, read with the monthly statements issued by our clients for said Service, our clients have regularly billed you.                             Every day I call MTS customer care I told that any service activit on my number? And by customer care yes then I said to stop service.. Then next day I call customer care and told any service active? And is yes... Event my mobile switch off 1 day then next day on, I see the any service active. My total mobiles balance lost Rs.550/- one day. Please help.

They have already mentioned that Problem in the device Only. So this device should be changed as a valuable customer. But they are not even listening to me.                                 I have bought your mts ultra whatever that isthe worlds slowest internet service for me i raised a complaint, exicutive : it will be resolved within 48 hours after 48 hours i speed is slow executive: your complaint raised to technical department how will call u tomorrow i waited again i called this time i shouted after 6 hours your executive calls and told me that it is a area wise problem it will be solved in 22 days after that my complaint is closed without asking me that it resolved or not? i waited for two months but still problem was there i paid your bills even then but now it is not acceptable that your executive says she will go legal against me and the tone was to high so now i forced to file a complaint in consumer court what mts using illegal practice for making payments done by customers as recovery is illegal in india mts should have to compunctiat for this to threten me and feel sorry to indian constitution that they are doing wrong practice

                                I am having same Issues with Mts Illegal and Fraud calls. when I not respond to those phone calls. they searched out my call Records Illegally. Because after that my family members and my friend circle start getting calls by saying that I am Fraud and taken some 3-4 lacs Rupees from somebody Deepak Batra . and sometimes Ashwani Mehra. she called me and my known persons with fountain of Abuses. she also saying she is calling from Tis Hazari court. I don't understand if somebody file a case against me. who gave the rights to call like this. go and see me in court. as of now I have lodge a Fir against those Fraud Mobile No. ( [protected], [protected], [protected] ) in Kasna Police station Greater Noida to Try to Threaten me and my family members .
                                I had emailed Mts clearly saying your Pathetic service does not deserve the worth. and now this is all open they are not providing service. they are illegal company to cheat innocent people.

                                  I tried paying bill of my mts number [protected] today morning, the total amount paid by me is rupees 686, 100 rupees from paytm wallet, and 586 through Internet banking. The recharge failed but the company is not returning my money that has been deducted from the bank, they are saying that the transfer was not successfull but the bank statement clearly shows that the money is transferred to paytm. please help.                                     I took an MTS connection through Amaze technologies, Pondicherry on 19th Nov 2015. I checked at my home and the speed was good. After buying the Mblaze powerbank the speed was 120kbps...youtube wouldnt play any video, website would longer time to open a page and the download speed would be 30 to 70kbps..i logged a complaint on 20Nov 2015 with number nov/12022 and i got an sms that it will be resolved in 22 working hours. i got phone calls checking if the speed was okay but it was not resolved. Abruptly my case was closed on 23nov stating i didnt pick the call . Reality is nobody called and if i had missed a call airtel would send me an SMS ! i logged a complaint again on 23nov with no. nov/14645..again this complaint was closed without any resolution on 25nov2015 stating i need to contact appellate. I called Amaze technologies from whom i bought the device. They sent a person to check and he coudnt browse a website and figured that the internet was dead slow. MTS hasnt taken any action to increase the speed. Also promised to refund the cost of the mblaze powerbank (Rs2000) which they have now declined. I have called MTS and requested for a closure of my account. I was asked to pay outstanding of Rs610. I called MTS after paying this amount. Am told the outstanding is only Rs495. I requested them to refund the balance which am told will be done in 7 working days. I need the refund of Rs2000 which i paid for my mblaze powerbank as the service and speed is pathetic and bad.

                                      Sir i am Rajesh Kumar Chaubey from delhi mai February 2015 ko MTS postpaid data card dongal liya tha jiska no.[protected] hai may 2015 me mera no bill payment na hone se band kar diya gaya tha kyo ki mai gav chala gaya tha 2 june 2015. Ko mai bill apane cedit card se 1116 Rs ki jagah galti se 10116Rs jama kar diya usi samy mai refnd ke liye MTS se sampark kiya to email karne ko kaha gaya mai usi din mai email kar diya jabab aaya ki 45 days baad aap ka refund billing address par bhej diya jayega mai 45 days wait kiya lekin mera refund nahi aaya fir mai dubara sampark kiya to fir mujhe email ke liye kaha gaya mai fir dubara email kiya fir 45 days baad refund ka jabab aaya.mai fir wait kiya lekin abhi tak mera refun vapas nahi mila mai kai baar email kiya aur phone kiya lekin MTS mera refund nahi de raha hai . Aap se nivedan hai ki mera refund MTS dilvane ka kasht kare aur MTS ke khilaf sakht karwai kare. Aap ki ati kripa hogi. Thanks mera mobile no.[protected] hai.

                                        DONT EVER USE MTS​! I have been using it for about an year now... but their network sucks and their customer service sucks even more! The internet speed is never even close to the one promised by the company and even after repetitive complaints, the dont do anything about it! I got my connection cancelled after paying the due amount 3 months back and now I have started receiving legal notices from them! What an awful experience!
