the box taped with DTDC tape on some places. When they opened it they realised the box had a hole which DTDC was trying to hide and that every product inside has been eaten by rats! Not only that there was 50 sachets of coffee out of which just 20 are left! Im complaining about DTDC Amalapuram branch especially. They never deliver goods sent through DTDC. They are forcing recievers to pick the courier from their office. They do fake signatures and update status as delivered. They won’t provide contact number. If we ask for home delivery, they abuse with bad words and behave very rude...
