DTDC Courier & Cargo Complaints & Reviews

I have booked a consignment (D[protected] dated 08.06.2022, form Silchar, Assam to Duliajan, Assam. But till date they have nither delivered the consignment nor uploaded any data in onlinr portal.
Customer care executives are saying no data uploaded in portal and contact to the booking branch but agent at booking branch is not picking up calls for last three days.

Kindly help to get back my materials....

My shipment not delivered tried contacting them multiple times but no response...

I haven’t received the package for 3 months and there is no response from DTDC customer care side.Even Their mail service is so worst that they won’t even reply what’s happening....

We were supposed to receive a courier (K[protected] tracking number). However, we never received it and DTDC shows that it has been delivered to someone else. No OTP authentication or anything took place and now, they are not even receiving our complaint.
Customer service keeps telling that branch is not responding to them.
It has been 3 days and no response has been received, it was an important document and we are not able...

I have done online booking to pick up the parcel from Vishakapatnam to Udaipur on 01-June-2022 and till 13 June 2022, nobody came to pick up the parcel, so at last, My college went to the DTDC office and gave the parcel on 13-June-2022 and from that date till today I have not received any update on Tracking nor from customer care.

Very bad service given by DTDC Courier.

I have had a very unpleasant experience with DTDC, my friend Ganesh Mate from Pune had dispatched my preloved antiques with proper packaging under docket no D14379514 to Kota Rajasthan with status as FRAGILE and Valuable.
The Pune DTDC made another set of packing in a very thin box and wrap with plastic, but i have received all items damaged including metal and wooden items along with a Radha Krishna statue, an antique painting broken...

As it is a doorstep delivery service but DRDC currier service of Kankinara is nor ready to do that.Their behavior was so bad.They deny to send the product to the 2nd floor but very aggressive to take the proper money from the customer.very bad service....

I have booked shipment on 13th June 2022 but till now i did not get the parcel and system showing mis route to Kurnool branch, i would like to request to DTDC courier to solve the issue and deliver the shipment as soon as possible...

I had sent one parcel from National Defence Academy pune to Vishakhapatnam on 03 june 2022.
The tracking number is[protected].
I had been calling the delivery agents since 10 june 2022. They are telling me that the parcel reach tomorrow since last Friday. Its beek more then two weeks and i have not received my parcel. Really frustrated with the services provided by the dtdc.

I couriered a box of food items from Visakhapatnam to Hyderabad on the 13th of this month through dtdc courier.But to this day the courier i gave not delivered that is why i am filing a compliant....

Shipment showing delivered to security guard. Security guard saying he do not received any product. I do not received any call. To whom delivery person handled over the product. I sent my office laptop via DTDC on 2nd June in Ghaziabad to Pune. First the Ghaziabad officials who took consignment were absolutely rude. They outsmarted me without telling me of additional costs and lied about the money that my courier would cost. Today i.e on the 16th of June, 2022, my order with consignment id D14027011 was to be delivered but it wasn't delivered as per the message that i received on my phone at 2:14 pm. It is an important package that I need to be delivered to me as soon as possible.

I urge you to kindly contact the people responsible and get the package delivered as soon as possible....

I have sent Amazon Sale service Ltd.Gurgaon parcle from Majalgaon. Which has a No.D13837114 that's it. The parcle reached Gurgaon but did not reach the given address. When I check the status of my parcel it shows Restricted Access (OTR). Please fix the issue immediately.

Package was sent from vadodara to Bangalore on 4th June 2022 and is untraceable now according to customer care of DTDC. The value of the package was 10000 INR and there was no information from DTDC that they can’t find my package anymore! I had to repeatedly call customer care and ask them about it. I want to complaint against DTDC and want them to refund the value of the consignment as well as the amount paid for courier.

Parcel was out for delivery but the delivery agent did nt try to call me eventhough 2 numbers were provided.plz make sure that parcel reaches me...

During the delivery, the delivery agent held the package over his head with a single hand and fell down in front of everyone's eye over the road just because of the lack of proper handling of the package.

I accepted the delivery as I was aware of the packaging, and anticipated there would not be any harm. And intimated to the delivery boy that if there is any problem ill raise the claim.
