    I have to recieve a consignment (H[protected]. This was not delivered and no one contacted or tried to deliver the courier. On tracking it., They are sending it back to the sender. Customer care don't hold responsibility to investigate the problem. Waste of money. Horrible horrible service. No one contacts, zero attempts to deliver literally ZERO. All these services should be booked legally and banned

      DTDC failed to deliver my package twice. Everytime the item is out for delivery, but the delivery is not completed. EOD I see that the status is updated as Not Delivered Receiver requested delivery on another date. The delivery agent did not even call me once. I receive the delivery code in my number but no call. This is scam.

        DTDC is refraining from delivering the courier to my address stating that the area of delivery is non-serviceable.
        I am amused that they did not have this idea while the courier goods were booked from the originating place.
        This is unacceptable and disgraceful that after multiple calls they are not ready to listen and understand.

          I had a courier send from Ernakulam to a place in kottayam(both within kerala) via dtdc. While collecting the package they said the item will be home delivered within 2 days. But now they asked the addressee to go and collect the package from their Kottayam office which is like halfway from the senders address. On raising the issue with customer care after several tries, there is no response from thier side and my package is still not delivered. Thier customer service attended and then cut the calls seeing the phone number which is highly condemnable. I am complaining now as this has happened to me several time through dtdc and they are collecting all the packages saying it will be home delivered and then the addressee has to travel half the sending distance to collect the package. That is not a courier service.

            My tracking is K39350702. It is a costly item. They updated the tracking that my product is delivered but no one called me or texted me or came to deliver the product. Now after calling their customer care says it is delivered to family member with name SR(no proper name) with a contact number which on calling says invalid. Where is my parcel i am not getting any idea.. the customer care is so rude. How can they give it to anyone without verifying on the number provided? Without verifying with ne how does they confirm who is my family member or not? Or should they even deliver it to that person? I sense some fraud here. They might not have delivered at all . They are making up stories. Please help me get this product. This is really a very costly one and cant afford to lose this.

              I haven't received my courier as it was initiated on 9th July 2022. Today is 21st July but still it's showing in transit. My Consignment number is (H[protected]. This contains exam documents that need to be submitted on time but it's already delayed alot. What kind of service is this by not responding to any calls & mails. Even the complaint raised on dtdc was totally ignored (Ticket number : 3307976). But still you claim yourself as best courier service ! Will surely take an action in consumer court for this awful service.

                  I purchased a product from Amazon (Technolube Motul C2 Chain Lube -400ml and C1 Chain Clean -400ml with Generic Bike Chain Clean Brush ) and DTDC was aopointed to deliver this product. After calling to DTDC customer care they didnt even called me back. Their service is pathetic and unacceptable.My 1200/- rupees is at stake. DTDC not even responding even.

                          My package was shipped to my address via DTDC. They did not deliver it and instead called me to pick it up from their nearby center which was 8 km away from my place. I asked them If you cannot deliver to my address, why did dtdc accept the package in the first place? Other couriers such as dhl blue dart amazon flipkart deliver at door step all the time or they come as close to the delivery place as they can and call the customer to collect it.

                          I called their customer care and also submitted a ticket on their website. They had promised that I would get a response in 24 hours. No response was ever provided even after 3 days. In the meantime, they returned the product.

                            I was expected to receive a courier from a purchase. The dispatch is done on 14th or 15th july 2022. Till now i id not get my parcel and also when i track using code H67846026 it is showing no data to display.

                                    My name is Shradha Balachandran i had ordered a plaque which was supposed to come via DTDC by now and i have not received it yet . I am leaving the country tomorrow . The reason why we chose DTDC was because it showed it will send us by today .
                                    I also donot have the tracker as the selection said that it was sent in urgency therefore she could not receive truckers for lot of packages.

                                    The parcel is supposed to come from New Delhi to Trivandrum .
                                    And as I don't have the tracker i can't even track the parcel .

                                    Goo Infinity .
                                    Looking forward to receive it by max tomorrow morning .

                                      One laptop booked from dhanbad to Gurgaon on 7thJuly222. The material was packed by the DTDC officials and charge paid to them Rs.2580 only
                                      The same has been received on 16thJuly22.
                                      After opening the same it is seen that the screen is broken.
                                      The Consumer no of the same is D23590532.
                                      It is requested to please arrange to replace the screen or the laptop.

                                        Z77157324... Courier is showing as delivered in tracking but haven't received the courier yet. No response even after complaining in DTDC.
