My package was undelivered as DTDC delivery boy did not understand the location. His behaviour was so rude he didn't bothered to ask the location. Disconnected call before I could provide some info on location. Then kept phone unreachable. I want my package -Tracking number D46714834.

No action has been taken yet.
Courier was originally supposed to be delivered on 12th June. But no updates from DTDC until now. I spoke to their customer service several times. They always mention that it will be actioned soon, however no response at all until today.
Totally disappointed with their service.

I sent a parcel containing edibles and coffee to my parents! What my parents received is the box taped with DTDC tape on some places. When they opened it they realised the box had a hole which DTDC was trying to hide and that every product inside has been eaten by rats! Not only that there was 50 sachets of coffee out of which just 20 are left! I’m quite surprised rats like coffee to me it looks like the person taping the box likes coffee and hence the sachets are missing! I’m so disappointed my parents received the parcel in such a state! The box contained other things as well whose packing has been ripped apart but products are okay! The products eaten by rats are a total of 5200/- INR of my hard earned money. I’m shocked DTDC delivered my parcel in such a condition as I use their services regularly. It’s a shame to even look at how they can’t afford to do a basic pest control! And what’s even worse is my whole purpose of sending my parents what they love has failed miserably. I’d like action taken strictly!

This is very consistent problem in our town. The DTDC agent who is supposed to deliver the package to the destination address would call and ask us to come to his place to pick the package instead of delivering it. When confronted about it he boasts to give complaint about it and the company officials can not do anything to him.
On July 13th he again refused to deliver the package to my mother who is 62 years older and after a lengthy phone call he budged and delivered to her but with a warning the next packages won’t be delivered. This has been happening in my area for past 10 years and DTDC officials deny the company name is not even Desk to Desk courier service..

I would like to bring to you kind attention that I was a victim of online UPI fraud through phone call pretending to be DTDC customer service agent.

I have ordered a product from crazymonk.in and DTDC were the delivery partner. At the day of delivery, the status shows 'DELIVERED' but I have not received the product. I did not receive any calls from the delivery people also.

The courier which is supposed to be delivered on 2-Jul is not delivered until now.
I have a feeling that the courier is either lost or got stolen, The initial Basava Nagar branch agent informed the address is not correct but customer care gave an assurane that the courier has right info which is needed to deliver the consignment

My Family sent parcel (containing Diwali sweets and clothes, etc) in last November to Germany through DTDC. (DTDC Tracking id - N[protected] Parcel was sealed by customs at Köln Germany. Its result of DTDC´s service loop holes. We paid Rs 6800 as a shipment charges. I didn´t got my parcel and received penalty invoice from UPS Germany of 214€ (approx. Rs 16000) in February. I am trying to contact them, but as expected they are ignoring my calls and mails. I am requesting them for refund shipment charges and revoke the penalty o[censored]PS as its not my fault

Received a message yesterday (9/07/22) night at 9:43 pm with the OTP to be shared to the delivery partner on delivery. Did'nt receive a call from the delivery partner.
Upon tracking the courier in the DTDC Site it has been shown to be delivered yesterday at the same time, but it has not been delivered yet.
Kindly look into it.

They haven't delivered my parcel although it has been 10 days since it was dispatched. The status of the package is stuck and not updating. I tried contacting them but they don't get back to you. Worst courier service out there. Tracking ID for the package D14046210

this time he called up 3 days back at 10 am asking me where is my address, when my clinic is just across the road from his office
I am there since last 25 years, Almost everyone knows me

Im complaining about DTDC Amalapuram branch especially. They never deliver goods sent through DTDC. They are forcing recievers to pick the courier from their office. They do fake signatures and update status as delivered. They won’t provide contact number. If we ask for home delivery, they abuse with bad words and behave very rude. I want to proceed legally against them. Because DTDC has no control over their franchisees. There is no proper response from emails or customer care also. Its been 2 days but still didn’t recieved the parcel despite many mails and calls.

June 30th was the pick up date from my location. I had sent some packaged food for my dear ones in mumbai. And on July 2, the parcel has reached Mumbai- Sakinaka Apex, but after which there has been no movement of the parcel. It's already July 7th now and no action has been taken inspite of raising complaint twice.

I had availed "Air cargo" service so that the food would reach my destination within 3 days as promised by DTDC couriers while booking it. But now i am sure that my packaged food would have been rotten by now.

Poor customer service - Tried reaching DTDC helpline number approx 15 times, most of the times the call hangs up saying we will call you shortly after waiting in line for 10mins. But no calls have been received yet. The agent says that they are not responsible for any such activities happening in mumbai apex.

This is the worst courier service that i have experienced till now. The mumbai apex doesn't attend call or even bother to solve my query. Please help in taking appropriate steps. I demand justice for the money i have spent on my parcel.

I have couriered my company's laptop on 2nd June 2022 but it's been more than a month and it's not delivered. The soft data uploaded is also incorrect and DTDC booking desk person is not responding to my complaints. Everytime I visit they say they are looking into this matter and they are doing final investigation. They are doing false promises only. No one is helping me and my career is at stake now. I am not getting any help from anyone. I am not able to join a new company because of this. It's a laptop and they are saying me to contact to different offices. This is really frustrating and harassing as well. Please help.

I sent my macbook cia DTDC on 30th May 2022 via dtdc. In front of my eyes laptop as well as charger and adaptor were packed but when it reached in Pune office adaptor was missing.
I checked with vendor but they said they sent the package as it from here. Then I checked with some of my colleagues also, then I got to know that same happened with them also.
So there is something fishy happening in dtdc pune office where some person is removing adaptors of people sending their laptop back via courier.

I ordered stuffs from Bhuj kutch to Delhi and when I got my parcel it was packed with other stuffs later on realized that nearly about 1 kg of expensive eatables wee stolen. We cross checked from our homes and made sure it was their. This company has started stealing stuffs from people’s parcels. Be very careful…..

I have booked a product and the sellers sent me the package.
I was waiting for the package till today.
I started tracking the package and it shows that the package has been delivered already to some Mohammad Pasha.
Is this a fault or is this a scam of DTDC ?
CAN YOU PLEASE SEND MY PACKAGE TO ME ?

They didn't call me when courier is on my place.city..even they don't message me
