I courrierd a coffee mug along with some more items but eventually the receiver recied it broken ...very careless delivery

I booked a consignment for Gujarat vadodara my brother did not receive any consignment but it is showing as delived and received by Mittal we don't know who is mittal this is cheating with us Pls. Help.

My courier is missing since 7th July. Branch manager said that the whole one bag is missing. I want compensation for my courier.

My package was shipped to my address via DTDC. They did not deliver it and instead called me to pick it up from their nearby center which was 8 km away from my place. I asked them If you cannot deliver to my address, why did dtdc accept the package in the first place? Other couriers such as dhl blue dart amazon flipkart deliver at door step all the time or they come as close to the delivery place as they can and call the customer to collect it.

I called their customer care and also submitted a ticket on their website. They had promised that I would get a response in 24 hours. No response was ever provided even after 3 days. In the meantime, they returned the product.

I was expected to receive a courier from a purchase. The dispatch is done on 14th or 15th july 2022. Till now i id not get my parcel and also when i track using code H67846026 it is showing no data to display.
Help me on track my parcel.

I tracked my parcel its showing deliver but i havent received my parcel neither did i get any call .. this is highly frustrating T13356156

I have sent medicine by courier in 3 pieces on 13th July and all the 3 pieces showing different status in which one still showing in DELHI and i have contact everywhere but not getting any reply. Please confirm when it gets delievred

Tracking Id U17229725 i have ordered on 9th July but status didnt changed after 13th july and when i contact customer care they said it can be delivered on 16th July but nothing changed. Please resolve as order contains medicine.

My name is Shradha Balachandran i had ordered a plaque which was supposed to come via DTDC by now and i have not received it yet . I am leaving the country tomorrow . The reason why we chose DTDC was because it showed it will send us by today .
I also donot have the tracker as the selection said that it was sent in urgency therefore she could not receive truckers for lot of packages.

The parcel is supposed to come from New Delhi to Trivandrum .
And as I don't have the tracker i can't even track the parcel .
The parcel was being sent by
Goo Infinity .
Looking forward to receive it by max tomorrow morning .

One laptop booked from dhanbad to Gurgaon on 7thJuly222. The material was packed by the DTDC officials and charge paid to them Rs.2580 only
The same has been received on 16thJuly22.
After opening the same it is seen that the screen is broken.
The Consumer no of the same is D23590532.
It is requested to please arrange to replace the screen or the laptop.

Z77157324... Courier is showing as delivered in tracking but haven't received the courier yet. No response even after complaining in DTDC.
This is pathetic service provided by DTDC.

Dtdc tracking details (D[protected] is showing my parcel is delivered but I don't received my parcel. I don't get any call from dtdc and I don't get a confirmation message.

My package was undelivered as DTDC delivery boy did not understand the location. His behaviour was so rude he didn't bothered to ask the location. Disconnected call before I could provide some info on location. Then kept phone unreachable. I want my package -Tracking number D46714834.

No action has been taken yet.
Courier was originally supposed to be delivered on 12th June. But no updates from DTDC until now. I spoke to their customer service several times. They always mention that it will be actioned soon, however no response at all until today.
Totally disappointed with their service.

I sent a parcel containing edibles and coffee to my parents! What my parents received is the box taped with DTDC tape on some places. When they opened it they realised the box had a hole which DTDC was trying to hide and that every product inside has been eaten by rats! Not only that there was 50 sachets of coffee out of which just 20 are left! I’m quite surprised rats like coffee to me it looks like the person taping the box likes coffee and hence the sachets are missing! I’m so disappointed my parents received the parcel in such a state! The box contained other things as well whose packing has been ripped apart but products are okay! The products eaten by rats are a total of 5200/- INR of my hard earned money. I’m shocked DTDC delivered my parcel in such a condition as I use their services regularly. It’s a shame to even look at how they can’t afford to do a basic pest control! And what’s even worse is my whole purpose of sending my parents what they love has failed miserably. I’d like action taken strictly!

This is very consistent problem in our town. The DTDC agent who is supposed to deliver the package to the destination address would call and ask us to come to his place to pick the package instead of delivering it. When confronted about it he boasts to give complaint about it and the company officials can not do anything to him.
On July 13th he again refused to deliver the package to my mother who is 62 years older and after a lengthy phone call he budged and delivered to her but with a warning the next packages won’t be delivered. This has been happening in my area for past 10 years and DTDC officials deny the company name is not even Desk to Desk courier service..

I have ordered a product from crazymonk.in and DTDC were the delivery partner. At the day of delivery, the status shows 'DELIVERED' but I have not received the product. I did not receive any calls from the delivery people also.
