I took connection of airtel, dth and broadband, for dth connection the security deposit of 1500 was paid.
i was told that if I have active connection for 12 months of Rs 153 and this money will be refunded.
but after completing around 16 months of connection I submitted my set top box in good connection but not they are telling since you were in airtel black your active connection should be 360 and not 153, and they are not refunding the amount... Store executive checked my number and informed me to bring aadhar of decesed person and aadhar of person taking transfer. I visited store againg on 5 Jan 2023 along with documents but they told if this transfer processed from AVK college road branch it will take 3 to 4 days so visit Madipet head office, Davanagere for transfer process there it will be processed within 2 working days... Network on old sim gone, but no network on new sim as it's not activated yet.

I have switched to eSim on iphone and can’t activate it... I was trying to load the money to my Airtel wallet account. I used my Citibank account for this activity.
