I ported my number from Vodafone to Airtel on 3rd Feb 2023 and it was yesterday (8th Feb 2023) at around 11 pm that my former sim's network was lost so I inserted the Airtel sim.
Since then it has shown no network at all, I was not even able to do the tele-verification, I restarted my phone, changed the sim slot, switched on and off the flight mode, I even mailed the Airtel customer care but it still shows No services/Emergency calls only.
What am i supposed to do ?
Please help me with this.

    GST Tax Invoice

    Sir,
    My Airtel acctount no. [protected]
    I'm registered with GST with Legal Name SUKUMARAN PALLATH as sole proprietor. I have requested AIRTEL to provide me with GST TAX INVOICE. As per the support call they have asked me to send in the GSTN certificate & PAN copy to their email id [protected]@in.airtel.com

    I have sent the details and they acknowledged by support call for verification. They informed next month onwards...

    Even with the highest cost its worst service, I reported for frequent wifi disconnection but they closes SR even without resolving my issue and i am raising new SR everyday, first they aren't resolving the issue over that they are closing the request by themselves.
    For every issue you have to request them seems like i am the borrower, my problem for[protected]_dsl isn't resolved in a week,

      I have purchased airtel xstream android box to use android apps on TV. As my family is out of town for function I am not watching TV shows. I am not able to use android apps it is asking me for recharge. There are apps with open option disabled. It's cheating with customers as they are marketing as android box.

      enable option to open other Android apps.

        I change my sim as I lost my phone . Airtel retailer near my home told me to take new sim.He charged me Rs 150 rupees which was supposed to be only 50 rupees.
        I asked them that only 50 Rs are charged in alternate Number.

        He politely told me that distributers have there own cut in this.later I visited the local Airtel Store in SHAHPUR muzafaarnagar and asked the same thing ...He also replied the charge for sim change is 150..

          Hello Sir / Mad'm
          I got a SMS form airtel cust. care on 6th Of feb '23, that I need to submit my documents once again
          for the reverification of the same. I find it bit piculiar why should a client needs to re-submit the docs. Its the responsibility of the company to take care of their clients records.
          They even mentioned in the msg that I need to submit the docs at my earliest else they are going to deactivate my out-going & in-coming service simultaniously.

          According to me they should send a verification call to the cust. instead of asking for the docs.I will be highly obliged if you guys can do something and help me sort out this problem.

            I have raised a ticket earlier.My Service Request number is CLCCV3CHN[protected], and it was dated on 24th December 2022.

            As per the earlier discussion with your customer service representative, I was informed that I need to turn off my mobile data when not using it to avoid data loss. I have been following this instruction and turned off my data during the night. However, this morning (8/2/23).I was surprised to see that 355 MB of data was used during the night when my data was supposed to be off. I am the only one who has access to the phone.i am sure the data was off. When turned on data this morning, it is showing 1.7 GB left in your Airtel app.

            Upon checking the internet, I found that many other customers are also facing similar issues.I see similar complaint in this website also . It is clear that this is a problem from Airtel's side. I am attaching a screenshot of the data monitor of my phone as evidence of my complaint.( You can see daily usage at the bottom of the screenshot, it also has the date too.) Only 41 mb data is used at the time of taking the screenshot.

              Hi,

              I have an Airtel Black subscription for Airtel Fibre and Airtel D2H. Due to some technical reason, there is no Signal on both the devices from Dec 28th, 2022, and I have raised the request against the same with SR # 77251997 however till date none of their technician visited to check on the issue. They are closing the ticket without visiting the site. And every month they are billing me thats not right. I cannot pay for the services that I have not rendered. My designated RM is also not responding appropriately. Need your immediate intervention to help me in getting this issue resolved.

                    I've ported my no.[protected] from bsnl to airtel and i've also inserted new sim but verification call to 59059 is not connecting. every time i try to call at 59059 it automatically disconnects and also i'm unable to receive incoming calls to my number, along with this there's poor network signals in our locality. I couldn't believe how airtel is so weak in customer service. This is a mess

                      Unable to activate call barring service on my No. 8102029235

                      Hey airtel, i am trying to enable call barred service for all incoming calls in my mobile no. [protected], but i am unable to do this due to getting error as "failed to read data call barring rejected". I am using default password as 0000. Please look at attached screenshot for your reference.

                      I did a recharge on my moms num [protected] for unlimited talktime pack which cost rs 719 and after discount it is 705 on 28th january and after sometime I got a text message that the recharge has been failed and if the money has been debited then it will be refunded in next 4 -5 working days. so next day I recharged same pack for 705 assuming the previous recharge was not successful. yesterday when i saw my credit card statement. there were 2 charges on Rs 705 . I contcted Airtel customer asking for refund for previous recharge for which they denied. I asked them to make me talk with their manager, for which they said that their manager name FARHAD will be contacting me in next 4 hrs. I didnt recieved any callback from any Airtel manager till yet. This is completely misleading information to customers by texting the customers that recharge has been failed and charging them twice. As per consumer protection act 1986 any misleading information provided by company should be penalised upto 10lkhs.

                          I have been a customer of airtel for a long time and have held on to my number for long. I normally reside in Chennai and have travelled to Madurai, Where I've been notified that roaming charges would apply when Airtel says it would render sevices across India without any additional charge . I feel that I'm being deprived of what Airtel assures people and I am highly disappointed. I would like Airtel to get back to me as soon as possible.The customer care number is basically useless with an automated message that doesn't provide any valuable information.

                                I have been using AIRTEL number for a very long time. I recently moved to the US with an airtel roaming facility. However, the SIM stopped working and I am unable to access any of my linked accounts. I have been in touch with AIRTEL but they are unable to help.
                                All my IDs and Bank documents rely on this number and I am almost helpless in accessing any of them right now which is frustrating.
                                Please provide me with an option.
                                I am desperate to activate the number. I am unable to access my GPAY, bank or national IDs.

                                How come AIRTEL is making me so helpless?
                                I have been a loyal customer for a very long time. This is very disappointing and especially when you are overseas.

                                I have been writing to them and contacting via email ([protected]@in.airtel.com; Content.[protected]@airtel.com), WhatsApp (AIRTEL CARES) and over phone. Everywhere i get no response.

                                  Hello. I am Yajan Joshi and my airtel cell phone number is +91(xxxxxxxx00). I am running it on a One Plus 7T. Since the past one day my phone is displaying the following sim card error of which I am also attaching a picture. It reads "Invalid card. - Emergency calls only". I am currently in the United Kingdom pursuing my masters and won't be back until next year. But I really need either my sim to start functioning or a new sim with the same Indian numbe as that number is linked to various bank account and is used for 2 factor authentication purposes and i receive all of my various login otps on it. I urgently need a solution for this. Can my family in India get a duplicate airtel sim with the same number so atleast it is activated and all the otps and sms's come through? I have tried everything from reinserting my sim card into my phone and other ios and android devices to rebooting my phone into safe mode etc.. nothing is making the sim card work. I urgenly need a solution to this. Please help me. I have also tried making the complaint through twitter and the my airtel thanks app.
