    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Airtel Wifi connection. On March 9th, I made an advance payment of Rs. 2829 for the service. However, since March 10th, the connection has not been working properly, causing a lot of inconveniences.

    I raised a complaint with Airtel on March 10th and have been calling them regularly for resolution. Despite numerous calls, the issue has not been resolved yet. This has caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience, as I rely heavily on the internet for work and personal use.

    As a loyal customer of Airtel, I am deeply disappointed by the poor service that I have received. I request you to please provide me with a refund of the advance payment made for the service and discontinue my airtel wifi connection.

    I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.

    Not Even single call received from the company. Post complaint we are facing too many issue while using internet. Please look into it. Else ask them to refund the recharged amount we go with JIO insted. Thanks!

      I am in Canada and have been using airtel prepaid SIM for about 2 years. I used to get incoming messages but recently last 2 weeks or so, SIM not being detected and no incoming messages.

      Anything has been changed recently?

        Airtel box close to our house compound wall is comdemned. Its causing great nusaince because next house people are conducting video game entertainment, they at night keep wine bottles and many other trash behind the box . We need to fix a gate where the box is placed.
        I request you to remove the box which is not used orelse permit to remove by us. My address

              I have ported my sim from bsnl to airtel and after 5 days still I don’t get the network even i have recharged that number. This is very pathetic experience over airtel

                This mail is a reference to a fraud transaction done through my credit card. On dated 19/12/2022 through
                a fake website my money debit (19986 Rs) from my credit card.

                and credit in a broker account, which name is No Broker technology.

                When i discussed with team of No Broker they said me that the money already settled in the beneficiary account . detail is given below.

                  Airtel postpaid number suspended without any reason

                    I recharged my mobile number ([protected]) using UPI in Airtel Thanks app for Rs.549 on 17th of Feb 2023 and received an SMS with Order Id[protected]) and Transaction Id[protected]. Bank transaction was completed successfully but my mobile recharge failed. After that I got another SMS stating that my recharge failed and the debited amount will be refunded in 7-10 business days, but its been close to month and the amount is not refunded to me.

                        I want to change the current operator from current operator to another but i tried many times get UPC code but even not getting UPC code it shows error mentioning "There is an active request for the change of ownership / reverification process ongoing for this number. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."

                            Airtel does not allow calls to Jio

                            I see that whenever I try to call a Jio number from my Airtel, the phone does not even go through to a ring. It just disconnects without even connecting to a network and I do not even get a message of not reachable etc. While on the other side the phone is within network, and I can call to a BSNL on my friends dual sim. Also, the same time my friends are able to call back if I send an SMS stating I am not able to call. This is not an issue...

                            i an existing holder of account in your airtel since 20 years holding number [protected] k tejaswini or kalluru tejaswini moved myself to usa .

                            Recently i have been to india and requested for airtel postpaid sim at your center near splendid towers secundereabad with customer care guy vijay . He has supported me with the sim for activation but had to leave the same day to usa could not activate my sim in 72 hrs . Unfortunately one of my freind took the same number [protected] on his name chiluka kumar vijay on 21 jan 2023 .

                            Due to my surprise all my financial transactions are been known to him and he is misuing my contacts and whatssapp and treathing me to dire consequences which is effecting my life with this number

                            i request you to temporary hold this number by not alloting to anyone or block all the transactions which is misleading and financial transactions are effected

                              I had taken Airtel DTH connect on 6th February 2023 and by default i was given a package for 6 months without providing details. My RTN is [protected]. I wanted to change the package and called Airtel multiple times to get it changed and i was told because i have taken the package so i can only change it after 1 month. I had raised disconnection request at that time but i was told that i would be able to change the package after a month so dont disconnect. I kept the connection. Now I called up Airtel again today after one month and now i am being told that I cant change the package for 6 months and any information given to me earlier was incorrect that i can change the package after a month.
                              I would like to get the refund for entire duration and disconnect my DTH connection I dont want to deal with such a fraud company.
