I am writing to file a complaint regarding my Airtel Wifi connection. On March 9th, I made an advance payment of Rs. 2829 for the service. However, since March 10th, the connection has not been working properly, causing a lot of inconveniences.
I raised a complaint with Airtel on March 10th and have been calling them regularly for resolution. Despite numerous calls, the issue has not been resolved yet. This has caused me a lot of frustration and inconvenience, as I rely heavily on the internet for work and personal use.
As a loyal customer of Airtel, I am deeply disappointed by the poor service that I have received. I request you to please provide me with a refund of the advance payment made for the service and discontinue my airtel wifi connection.
I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to hearing from you soon.

Complaint marked as Resolved Not Even single call received from the company. Post complaint we are facing too many issue while using internet.
Please look into it. Else ask them to refund the recharged amount we go with JIO insted.
