D45709748 DTDC people have delivered the parcel to wrong address not even bothered to call me to inform, even after calling and mailing them 4-5 times i am getting a template kind of reply that it will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. it has been almost 10 days since they have delivered parcel to someone else, they don't even have the number of receiver or the professional who delivered the courier or even the branch number from where the shipment was out for delivery!! this is height of ignorance and i have never seen such kind of irresponsible behavior with any other courier service till now...

unpleasant experience with DTDC, my friend Ganesh Mate from Pune had dispatched my preloved antiques with proper packaging under docket no D14379514 to Kota Rajasthan with status as FRAGILE and Valuable.
