I was expecting a consignment in Sasaram from Jaipur via tracking id D22656535, which being sent from Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 june 2022. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached trivandrum on 27th june itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned,

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc jaipur and they shared some phone numbers for sasaram offices and none of them are working. I even tried to contact dtdc office in jaipur but in vain.

    I was expecting a consignmen in trivandrumt from mumbai via tracking id m56961844, which being sent from Jaipur, on 22 June 2022. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

    The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached Sasaram on 27th June itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned.

    It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc Sasaram offices and none of them are working.

      It is the first time I use DTDC courier. D21892649 is the Consignment number. I need an urgent product and somebody sent it to me by courier from Quilon. I am almost 400 KM away from the Location. I got a call& message from destination point(Mananthavady) today and I ran from my office to the courier point to get it urgently. When I reache there I got information that the product was sent again to an Office 40KM away from there and will return to another destination 7 KM away the next day. I gave my clear address and phone number. withuot my consent, The sent it to another destination. Already it took 3 day to reach 400 KM, and lost one more day by missending to another location, again I will lose one more day when returning it back to my destination. Totally it will take 6 days to move 400 KM through DTDC. I pray for the Compensation for my Lost businessdays.

        M21759649 my product track. I ordered for my customer at parthibanur (Ramanathapuram dt)..
        Product is from Mumbai.
        Due to some issue customer unable to receive parcel .
        If customer is not taking the parcel means it should be returned to the vendor know
        After 20 days I check track it's showing as delivered in madurai branch..
        Customer didn't get the parcel.
        I asked for POD copy to the parcel service. They are saying as we didn't get signature from the customer.
        They show me the track I gave the parcel like that they are saying..
        Is there any possibility to deliver the product without getting signature
        Please solve this issue. And get my product back.

            I had two parcel to be received with the tracking id D44728678 & Z88992604, but tracking shows undelivered because of wrong address, but i haven't received any call from the delivery person during the delivery time.
            customer care [protected] doesn't respond at all.
            The worst courier service company i have seen in the life. its a bad mark the courier industry.

              The courier sent from DTDC Coimbatore (ganapathi branch) to Erode (Aval Poondurai) branch with consignment number :C25127140 has not been received by me. No delivery has been attempted as I didn't receive any message or call from delivery person but the status is showing as delivered. All of the sudden the destination pin code has been changed by the courier service and there is no response from their end. It's very pathetic to see such a worst service from DTDC.

                DTDC people have delivered the parcel to wrong address not even bothered to call me to inform, even after calling and mailing them 4-5 times i am getting a template kind of reply that it will be resolved in 24-48 hrs. it has been almost 10 days since they have delivered parcel to someone else, they don't even have the number of receiver or the professional who delivered the courier or even the branch number from where the shipment was out for delivery!! this is height of ignorance and i have never seen such kind of irresponsible behavior with any other courier service till now.
                I need my parcel delivered to me also it should be escalated to higher authorities so that they can atleast learn from their mistakes.

                  Article sent by a friend of mine through DTDC courier, the service provider within 5km range refused to delevery at my doorstep.advising pick up from the office.they have no responsibility to give the item at customer point.I wish to get it delivered at my door step if possible.otherwise let them return items to sender

                    Hi,
                    There was a package that was sent like 6 to 7 days ago and its been 5 days since when its showing status on tracking. Not sure even it its late why they are not even bothering to update the status. And not even their phone numbers are responding.
                    So i dont feel as if they have any plane to deliver it anymore now.

                      I ordered the medicine from oliva which is already paid, and they shipped medicine with dtdc and gave me a tracking no H29726457 but i did not received my medicine but in their website its showing that i refused to receive which is wrong and they hault the consignment to kota and did not passed the medicine to my address which is manohar thana pincode 326037. Please help .

                        I used the service of DTDC to shift a few of my luggage which included 5 cartons, 2 beddings and sets of tubelights. Once packed, I asked them to weigh the luggage so that I could select the once I would send. They refused and said they would only weigh it at their warehouse and took all the items. Now they sent me an amount of 18254 rupees to pay for the luggage to be shipped to my destination. I refused and asked them to send it back to my place. Now they are refusing to return it and are asking an exorbitant amount of 9000 rupees to get it back. I am completely shocked at this behaviour of theirs. Why did they take my shipment without weighing? And they are charging me for this transportation cost which is a cost at their end. I want my bags back which they are refusing now.
                        Kindly help here.

                          I have booked DTDC surface courier for my parcel consignment. Franchise has used volumetric weight, mentioned below

                          Volumetric weight = L*W*H/27000*7

                          which is different from the calculation mentioned on you website which is

                          Length x Breadth x Height (in cms)/4750

                          Further, he charged me INR 1, 156 for consignment insurance, however some of the materials like my 75L drum, 25L jar, bucket, glass bottles and borosil glassware has been damaged during transport. I have shared the details of damage with your franchise but he is not responding.

                          I have attached photos of damaged product along with receipt and calculations shared by him. I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful ASAP.

                          My issue has not been resolved.

                          I have tried calling your customer care number but it's next to impossible to reach. Further, your franchise at Mysore is also not responding. I am really disappointed with the DTDC approach towards it's customer service. I request you to kindly resolve my complaints at the earliest.

                            Packing of my consignment was totally changed. I packed all the items in a cartoon box and covered it with white bag. What I received was only goods in white different bag.
                            Most of the valueable things are missing a laptop bag was there having a Harman Speaker, hard disk, One pair of formal suit, . One pair of shoes, One tiffin box, etc are missing from my consignment. What I received only clothes and shoes and a bean bag. Please help me in this matter.

                              This is regarding a shipment couriered from Delhi to Ahmedabad which upon tracking shows false status of not being delivered because receiver was not available - CIR.

                              And the same is absolutely wrong because at the said time the inmates of the house were very much present. Moreover, neither any call was received by any courier delivery personnel on any of the contact no.s, nor any notification from ‘My Gate’ app from our society’s main entrance because the fact is that no one ever visited.

                              Such irresponsible & unprofessional approach from DTDC is unacceptable. To top it, it’s been over 2 hours that we are calling the designated branch’s no. Which no one is answering, rather sending SMS saying - Call you back later.

                              PATHETIC NONSENSE!!

                                Booked 5 packages for Lucknow on 31 May 2022 from Yelahanka New Town, Bengaluru. Arrived at Lucknow on 5 Jun 2022. Received on 15 Jun 2022 after numerous complaints and follow-ups (Ticket no. 2999635). However, I have only received 4 packages. The 5th package is still missing.

                                Called customer service multiple times. Every time I talk to customer care, they repeatedly say that my complaint is being escalated to the highest level They have no clue as to where the missing package is.

                                Desirable resolution: Deliver my 5th package.

                                  I have booked a consignment (D[protected] dated 08.06.2022, form Silchar, Assam to Duliajan, Assam. But till date they have nither delivered the consignment nor uploaded any data in onlinr portal.
                                  Customer care executives are saying no data uploaded in portal and contact to the booking branch but agent at booking branch is not picking up calls for last three days.

                                  Kindly help to get back my materials.

                                        We were supposed to receive a courier (K[protected] tracking number). However, we never received it and DTDC shows that it has been delivered to someone else. No OTP authentication or anything took place and now, they are not even receiving our complaint.
                                        Customer service keeps telling that branch is not responding to them.
                                        It has been 3 days and no response has been received, it was an important document and we are not able to find any trace of our consignment.
