HI, I have not received any DTDC parcel with Tracking Id/ AWB number - D23074356 . But in DTDC Tracking sites its mentioned "DELIVERED signed by receptionist" with time. Please let me know where my parcel is? I have not received any call or text from DTDC delivery person. Its a big parcel and I have no idea where it is. Dear DTDC, pls deliver my parcel, its very urgent.

I sent laptop via DTDC courier company consignment number D14352853 and was charged extra money for packaging and safety of the courier by DTDC courier company shetye market, Bhoiwada, Parel, Mumba, Maharashtra.
The laptop was received in a damaged state. The screen was broken.
Compensation should be granted for the same
But no one is ready in company to talk for costumer grievances.

A courier with consignment number B10397332 was sent from Davangere, Karnataka to Hyderabad ( pin 500019) on June 29, 2022.

Upon tracking it's shown that the courier has been delivered on July 2nd, 2022. But i have not received the courier. Kindly help me out for that courier is valuable.

I don't know why it's showing RECEIVER REQUESTED DELIVERY ON ANOTHER DATE .
but they didn't contacted me at all .
I don't know what had happened with my order

Dear sir/mam,
the parcel B11124786 was valuable to me and was booked on 17 jun 22. I have been pleading for about 40 times since weeks and its was past their promised maximum delivery time of 12 days.
Dtdc's customer team is conveniently just ignoring my messages straight. My package is nowhere to be found after last being dumped at chennai on 19 july 22,
no status update on website and after lying to me initially, no one from dtdc is even responding to me now.

I have lost hope that this fraud service will finally take some action to trace my package and i may assume that dtdc has cheated me. After facing loss and harassment from them, i am forced to put this matter into the notice of consumer court for necessary action.

Dear, myself Saroj Kumar running a Computer Shop and Data recovery center in Patna (Bihar) by the name DIGITAL WORLD, We sent a courier carrying 12 Hard Drives via docket no V72378200 dated 15.06.2022 supposed to reach on 18.06.2022 but your person didn't deliver at reciever's address. He kept the courier with him and put online that it has delivered to our business friend's Office NDR LABS, Jaipur and also used fake sign. After talking to the person sitting at your jaipur branch he said it has been delivered to your reciever's address. We enquire to my friend but he refused that he didn't receive any courier yesterday. We again called at your office and he said we handovered your courier to delivery boy but delivery boy refused that he didn't take recieve any courier from dtdc office. We again mailed at your office but no reply from your side. We said this courier has very important and crucial data in those hard drives. I hope you will take a strict action in this matter as these kind of activities might harm your reputation. Thanks.

My home is within 2km from their office.dtdc mevaram, kollam, kerala)But they hesitate to deliver my item. Already the item was late. So i enquired. But the staff was so rude and misbehaved. And they said they wont deliver my product and will definitely return this. They were too rude and misbehaved and cut my call. Even i called them back and they didn't attend the call.

I have not received my package. but in the shipment tracker, it is showing as delivered with someone else's name as the receiver. this kind of service from dtdc is not expected. blue dart and other courier services have excellent service. please resolve the issue asap as I have books in the courier for my upcoming exam.

I was expecting a consignment in Sasaram from Jaipur via tracking id D22656535, which being sent from Jaipur, Rajasthan on 22 june 2022. It has not been delivered yet and in dtdc tracking website, it shows "consignment redirected".

The tracking details clearly shows that the consignment had reached trivandrum on 27th june itself but nobody from dtdc had tried to contact me in this regard.in the consignment, my name, address and phone number was clearly mentioned,

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc jaipur and they shared some phone numbers for sasaram offices and none of them are working. I even tried to contact dtdc office in jaipur but in vain.

It's an urgent consignment. Tried to contact dtdc Sasaram offices and none of them are working.

It is the first time I use DTDC courier. D21892649 is the Consignment number. I need an urgent product and somebody sent it to me by courier from Quilon. I am almost 400 KM away from the Location. I got a call& message from destination point(Mananthavady) today and I ran from my office to the courier point to get it urgently. When I reache there I got information that the product was sent again to an Office 40KM away from there and will return to another destination 7 KM away the next day. I gave my clear address and phone number. withuot my consent, The sent it to another destination. Already it took 3 day to reach 400 KM, and lost one more day by missending to another location, again I will lose one more day when returning it back to my destination. Totally it will take 6 days to move 400 KM through DTDC. I pray for the Compensation for my Lost businessdays.

M21759649 my product track. I ordered for my customer at parthibanur (Ramanathapuram dt)..
Product is from Mumbai.
Due to some issue customer unable to receive parcel .
If customer is not taking the parcel means it should be returned to the vendor know
After 20 days I check track it's showing as delivered in madurai branch..
Customer didn't get the parcel.
I asked for POD copy to the parcel service. They are saying as we didn't get signature from the customer.
They show me the track I gave the parcel like that they are saying..
Is there any possibility to deliver the product without getting signature
Please solve this issue. And get my product back.

I had two parcel to be received with the tracking id D44728678 & Z88992604, but tracking shows undelivered because of wrong address, but i haven't received any call from the delivery person during the delivery time.
customer care [protected] doesn't respond at all.
The worst courier service company i have seen in the life. its a bad mark the courier industry.

The courier sent from DTDC Coimbatore (ganapathi branch) to Erode (Aval Poondurai) branch with consignment number :C25127140 has not been received by me. No delivery has been attempted as I didn't receive any message or call from delivery person but the status is showing as delivered. All of the sudden the destination pin code has been changed by the courier service and there is no response from their end. It's very pathetic to see such a worst service from DTDC.
