Dear Sir,

We wish to inform you that we have applied on line request shifting residential items from ghaziabad to lucknow and i have received call from your official site no [protected] and deal has been closed on 16000/- and quotation received also for Rs.16000/- no other charges informed to us.Items will be shifted as per dealt of Rs.16000/- confirmed by the your official.but at the time of shifting we have received cart from rathore and packers & movers. on enquire of that he said we are the partners of DTDC.we also inquire from that official no [protected] he said now you will have to contact on [protected] name amit and he will make your help for shifting.once items has been lifted in to cart.we have received a call from mr. sandeep [protected] for making a payment of Rs. 16000/- immediately and ensure that the items will be reached on the next day morning it was the day 08/06/2022.on the next day on 09/06/2022 he make bill of Rs.27780/- and pressurized to make payment immediately otherwise he will not delivered the items and charge 3000/- per day on the items.i will pay the whole amount immediately.it is the violation of talks on telephone.further our items has been delivered on 11/06/2022 except bike.on enquire by sandeep he assured me to delivered the bike on monday i.e13/06/2022, but regret to note that still today bike is not delivered at my home in Lucknow. Presently all the numbers listed in this mail not responding. Nobody taking any responsibility to respond.now mentily and physically/monetary hampered and now taking a leagal action against you people who are misguided at the time of costing and delivery. you people making wrong image of DTDC.

Dear Sir

with reference to our trailing mail, still our bike not delivered at our home indira nagar lucknow, and your official having contact no [protected] has assured yesterday that delivery will done today at the evening.Now i have contacted to this official no [protected] to know the present status, no body picking up the our call and nobody responding to our no.once again advised you to look at the matter seriously to avoid legal action from our side.

    I have sent Amazon Sale service Ltd.Gurgaon parcle from Majalgaon. Which has a No.D13837114 that's it. The parcle reached Gurgaon but did not reach the given address. When I check the status of my parcel it shows Restricted Access (OTR). Please fix the issue immediately.

      Address: DTDC Vadodara

      Package was sent from vadodara to Bangalore on 4th June 2022 and is untraceable now according to customer care of DTDC. The value of the package was 10000 INR and there was no information from DTDC that they can’t find my package anymore! I had to repeatedly call customer care and ask them about it. I want to complaint against DTDC and want them to refund the value of the consignment as well as the amount paid for courier.

          Parcel got damaged by Delivery Boy

          During the delivery, the delivery agent held the package over his head with a single hand and fell down in front of everyone's eye over the road just because of the lack of proper handling of the package.

          I accepted the delivery as I was aware of the packaging, and anticipated there would not be any harm. And intimated to the delivery boy that if there is any problem ill raise the claim.

          The product was damaged...

          I sent parcel from villupuram to Chennai on june 6 2022. I received parcel on June 7 2022. But received parcel is damage In cpu two ram is lost and hard disk is misplaced please check update as soon as possible

            A courier was booked on 2nd June 2022 today its 14th June and it said it is out for delivery but then it is now showing not delivered and the company did not contact me once or try to contact me . My courier ID is D21928762

                From 11th june I'm watching my package is out for delievery again and again and after 4 to 5 mins it's showing delievery failed and the reason is area not serviceable.i called to the dtdc samstipur and asked them if i can collect my package myself, they agreed but again saying it's not possible RTO is applied.my tracking no is V64990036.Please help it's urgent.

                  The customer received the package from DTDC she made the payment for COD
                  And now the status says undelivered
                  Marking it undelivered so the buyer does not get the COD cash payment
                  How unprofessional and unethical of DTDC
                  We shipped via shiprocket but thats hella waste cause they dont look into matters! Hope it gets resolved here

                      We have sent a parcel to hyd from vskp but at bowenpally the parcel has lost and the consignment number is H66126049 but after many compliments they have registered that the item have been delivered to the customer by keeping sign of the customer.this is not the first time happened 3times by the same dtdc courier service

                          Hi,

                          I have initiated a shipment from DTDC Avadi, Chennai branch on Jun 4, 2022. My package has been stuck in the FORT branch as per the tracking for more than a week. I have been following up with customer support via call for the past 3 days. There have been no updates to my ticket also. I was promised 4 days to deliver the package, It's been 9 days now . Please help me deliver the package.

                            My vendor partner booked the courier in DTDC Noida office on 3rd June to deliver them to Hosur. Today 11th June, am still not receiving the parcel. Myself and my husband tried many times through phone calls and directly went to 3-4 DTDC offices (Hosur) but there is no clue where the parcel is but the tracking status is updating (Not delivered in many terms) regularly according to the consignment number.

                            My concern is, if there is issue with address or pincode, the delivery office person should call the customer number who need to receive the parcel. Why the DTDC office people not calling customer phone number o check the address? If there is issue at least you guys can hold the parcel any one of the office.

                            Now we are very frustrated by searching the parcel. Why DTDC people playing customers important documents. How we trust this courier service.

                                  Hi Team,

                                  My orderid is 17617412|17617203. And it is out for delivery in the morning. But end of the day they have updated it as Not Delivered - AREA NON SERVICEABLE-(DIR).

                                  I have not received any call and update regarding this. And we have near by DTDC courier services as well. But Not sure why they are not able to deliver the product.

                                      I have booked shipment number Z76016570 on 3rd June to be sent to Solan pincode 173209. It was wrongly routed to Cochin and even after multiple reminders it has not been delivered till today. I was assured by the delivery partner at the time of booking that the shipment would be delivered in 4 days maximum.

                                      Now the people for whom this packet was meant are leaving the location and will not be able to take it. Now I will need to arrange a pick up back to me so that I can get it back. It is a loss of business to me.
