The Unitech people are really a big fraud. There is a clause already exists where is it is quoted that a builder can not sale the project before approval of lay out and maps etc. I had written a no. of registered letters to Mr Rajesh Sinha/ Ms. Alka Srivastava, but the result is a big ZERO. I think and request to everybody from us who have booked flats in Unihomes NOT to deposit the second and susequent installments before they furnish the approved layout and Map, Builders like Amrapali and gardenia got their projects in Noida approved from Noida authorities in 10 days time, then why not Unitech...

The apartments cited in the Noida project are not the only ones that UNITECH has been selling without first getting the requisite sanction of local authorities. I could quote at least two more such UNITECH projects. Not only does UNITECH force applicants to take ownership of what later turn out to be illegal constructions but also of incomplete units with substandard workmanship in blatant violation of its contractual terms and specifications...

Even I bought a flat last year in Unitech Capella and was promised that the flat will be delivered on time but till date there is not even a brick layed. When I spoke to Unitech they recommended either we take a swap with another project or wait until Capella is delivered.
