First we have activate the number in Airtel Postpaid then its transferred in Airtel prepaid and used this number in airtel more than 10 yrs after that we have shifted at science city location and due to network issue we have to port the number in Jio prepaid and used the number till date but last feb 2022 my father have to visit Australia and he forget to activate international roaming also 1 year validity recharge due to non usages number to be deactivate we have visited the jio store but they require sim card which is not available here so we have to wait till my father is not return at india...
