Airtell placed a poll on way and it is blocking my way by car to my residence. I have recently replaced a KSEB poll and paid Rs 26000/- for that to clear my way now airtell put a poll with out my permission. This is totally unacceptable and I would like to replace the poll into a convenient place please. Take action to this concern as soon as to avoid further legal proceedings and charges.

      Hello mam/sir,
      I m a student from Ahmedabad. I recieved call from company I genuinely need money very urgently for hospital bill payment. I paid them 24279 Rs and not get any work from company. They said refund occur in 5 min after process and not refund after payment. Now They said refund occur in 7 days that is not expacted from this type of valuable company. I respect for airtel so I apply but now They Don't give satisfactory work. Please help me to take my refund.🙏🙏

        1. Unstable network at Hinjewadi phase-3, Pune.
        2. Internet connectivity frequently disconnects and downgrades to E from 4G.
        3. No 4G calls are possible.

        4. Complaint Raised on Airtel app on 25th Dec, 2022. SR: CLCCV3WST[protected].
        SR was closed without any resolution. No one from customer care reached for resolution.
        Unprofessional and unethical practices of closing SR without any actual resolution. Issue still persists.

          In the month of October, i did MNP for my number [protected] from vodafone postpaid to Airtel Prepaid with 299 recharge and it was successfully ported and working fine.
          on 10th November, i did second recharge of 99 rs for another 28 days. so it was supposed to be valid till 8th December and till 30th December, we received message to recharge the SIM.
          on 6th, when i tried to recharge it then Airtel website or App is saying that its not a valid airtel number.
          I called Customer care and they are saying that they dont have any detail about this number.

          I am using this number at multiple banks, aadhar card etc and I am in germany on deputation and will be back after 1 year.

          I am looking for my number back and it should be allocated to me back.
          So Do the needful asap.

            Hello,

            I have done a recharge in my airtel fiber on 06/12/2022 of amount Rs 589 at 23:07:22 pm and the account number of my airtel XStream fiber is [protected] and location is in Haridwar.

            On 13/12/2022, suddenly my broadband internet gone stuck and then I called to airtel customer care service, they told me that "Your payment has stuck in the gateway so we have reversed your amount to your bank account through the same gateway (GPay) which you have used, and you will get this amount in 5-7 working days." So, on 14/12/2022 at 15:37 pm I have done another payment through my friend's UPI whose Transaction ID is[protected] of same amount Rs 589 to activate my internet and internet got activated.

            Then I have waited for 8 working days for the refund which they have initiated on 13/12/2022 at 01:16:45 am according to the Airtel payment slip coming in the Airtel Thanks App (used for all the transactions till now). For the same concern I have checked my bank account history, but I don't receive any refund till now, after that I have raised this issue in airtel customer care service as well as my bank (ICICI bank) customer care service, so from ICICI I have received a mail stating that "Your transaction on 06/12/2022 have successfully credited to your beneficiary account"

            After that I personally wrote over 50 emails to different departments of airtel and I called more than 30 times to airtel and spent my 1hour 30 minutes daily to reach out for my solution, every time they gave me the transaction ID of the refund but there is no concrete step taken till now, everyone in airtel just delegating their work to another person and no one is taking the responsibility.

            So last week I have received a call from their side by a girl named "Deepika Thapa" and she stated that SIR YOUR EXTRA AMOUNT IS ADDED TO YOUR AIRTEL WALLET AND IT IS ADDED IN YOUR NEXT PAYMENT SECTION, but when I checked my airtel wallet it is showing only Rs 37.97 valid till 08/01/2023 and then she said that SIR IT IS A GLITCH IN THE APP RIGHT NOW SO JUST WAIT FOR 1-2 DAYS. After that I didn't receive any call/mail/refund/amount in wallet till now from their side.

            So, this is my last hope to get my money back and also want compensation for my time and energy which I have put in this matter till now, I am hoping that I will get justice after applying here and I am attaching all the legal documents which I received from bank and from airtel also.

              I Recharged With Unlimited Pack 128 Rsbut Not Able To Make Calls. Through Facebooki Was Told Again To Do Another Unlimited Pack To Avail Benefit. Also Appellate Has The Same Opinion. I Asked Why Again I Should Buy Same Pack To Use. They Are Silent. I Am Asking For Refund ( Through Internet Banking). Please Note

              [7]Airtel Appellate Also In Sync. Have Unlimited Pack And Adviced Another Unlimited Pact To Use The First. No Answer From Them Too.

                My airtel Sim card from india is not showing any network here in dubai i have recharged with unlimited pack and still no change i cannot register my network with any of the provider here in dubai too, kindly take this matter seriously and please find me a solution for this, Thank you.

                  I have been using Airtel net pack of Rs 299 every month. But this time i.e. from 5th Jan. 2023 onwards, my daily data allowance of 1.5 gb does exhaust in half an hour of internet browsing. This was not so in previous months. I didn't pick up telemarketing calls from airtel and they have stopped calling recently. It seems in retaliation they have started to drain my daily data in too very short time as a marketing strategy. Please help me.

                    I paid money to Rs. 700 for my latest Airtel bill, the transaction failed

                    BUT AIRTEL/ONE97 COMMUNICATION LIMITED DEBITED MY MONEY FROM MY UCO BANK ACCOUNT, WTH?

                    I got an sms to my Idea phone no. linked with my bank account that Airtel/One97 communication debited account

                    I AM JOBLESS GIRL I AM AM UNEMPLOYED GIRL A UNIVERSITY STUDENT, MY FATHER IS HOSPITALISED, PLEASE DON'T DO THIS TO ME :( THAT'S MY SAVINGS

                      Error message pops up every time I try to activate iMessage but it works fine with email, already contacted Apple and the problem seems to be on your end kindly look into it

                          I tried to port my physical sim to esim and when i scanned the QR code it said it’s no longer valid. The physical sim network was also gone. And when i tried to get a duplicate sim card the airtel office executive said the sim card is on someone else’s name. I want the same number as I’m using it from over 10 years and i want to know the resolution for it as soon as possible.

                            Unable to make/received call, I am an international roaming USA, even i had multiple complaint via airtel app, but that will close after some time, but my issue still persists. every month i had paid 799 INR to make my number active, but i didn't get any benefits.

                              This is in regard to my shifting request of my connection from Ghaziabad(UP-201002) to Saharanpur(UP-247001). I had purchased 6months plan on 04/10/2022. So after shifting my connection, this plan should have continued but I see zero balance in my account. So I had to recharge with a month plan.

                              Shifting request no. [protected] for Airtel Xstream Fiber no[protected]_dsl was registered on 16/11/2022, and on 18/11/2022 the connection was done by Airtel service engineer and new Fiber ID is[protected]_dsl.

                              Other Details:

                              Everything was setup already on this address as I was using the connection before September, so Fibre connection was already done. I had my router as well, but they took my old router and installed the new one. I informed them that for the very first time when I shifted the connection engineers used my old router, so why new one this time, they replied that this will not work.

                              Airtel customer care created the shifting request and I was told that no money has to be paid since you have a prepaid account, and your current plan will continue. But it is not the case.

                              As per the monthly statement from Airtel, I was left with Rs. 2258.21 balance in my account(Airtel Xstream Fiber no[protected]_dsl).

                              They accepted to refund the amount, but with more than 30 days they aren't able to do so, neither providing any reason for the delay.

                              They just reply that they are working on that with high priority.

                              It seems they do not take Consumer Forum's Complaint seriously.

                                  I visited Airtel office requesting them to unblock my lost+blocked sim. They charged me rs.300 to recharge and activate and gave me a new sim. They also collected my pan card and took my picture. It has been 7days and it is still not working. I have visited the Airtel office thrice till now. They keep sending me back saying it will start working in 4hrs. The employees are rude and incompetent. I need my rs.300 back at the least and want Airtel to compensate for my troubles. I am taking my business elsewhere.

They kept saying I should go back to Airtel office to resubmit my documents whereas I have already given all the original documents and pictures that was requested. Such an unprofessional business should not exist. These are the businesses frustrating the citizens out of this country

                                    Despite not using their service, Airtel has been fraudulently deducting my balance on constant basis. Have been following up with them but they have been least bothered even to reply back to my mails.

                                      Dear Airtel customer service centre I came across an incident where my sim card suddenly stopped working on its own, I have been using this sim card for 8 years and i didn't delay any of its pre-paids, so i request the service centre to kindly reactivate it as it is very important.thanks.

                                        I installed Airtel block box but there are so many issues with that. Persone who sold me this box promised for refund of there is any issue. But now he is ignoring my calls. I did so many calls on customer care they are not co-operate with me and After So many engineers visit, problem are same. I want my Refund of rs 1501 with Compensation of harrasment.
