Airtel Thanks App Complaints & Reviews

I took a free trail gold membership from Airtel thanks app. Now as I am trying to cancel it my app is not loading the cancel page. They definitely want to expire the free trial duration of my plan to make me pay for the next one. Please if anyone can look for this issue, I will be very grateful.

I have recharged my mobile number through credit card for Rs. 265 on 19th dec 2022 and received an SMS with Transaction reference number .Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged. Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account.

Today I tried to recharge my number 896*****59 with 299rs recharge from airtel Thanks app the money got deducted from Paytm UPI already order I'd :[protected] I wanted to talk with airtel Thanks app service but there's no way to talk with real people such a bad app I didn't know that airtel thanks app are full with errors I want my recharge as soon as possible or please return the cash to Paytm please

I paid my electricity bill(207) through Airtel Thanks app for TSSPDCL but transaction details shows it is paid to APCPDCLOB .MY ELECTRICITY BILL IS STILL NOT PAID.I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

Dear Sir, I have recharge my Airtel number using Airtel thanks apps Money debited but not recharge . Plan 249 Paid 199 using promo code. Please Solve my issue
