Dear Dtdc With due respect i woukd like to highlight the matter of my lost parcel from delhi to kolkata. I sent a parcel from delhi kamla nagar to kolkata lake view branch on 3rd may 2022 with dtdc blue service as it required an urgent delivery and we were told that pat Rs 460 and it will be delivered within 48 hours but after 4 days we tried contacting the kolkata branch and we were surprised to know that our parcel is lost abd they were trting to locate it through cctv recordings but since then the lake view branch of kolkata didnot revert back to us or not even responding to our calls...
