HI, I have not received any parcel on Tracking Id/ AWB number - D21957738 But in DTDC Tracking sites there is mentioned "DELIVERED". Please tell me where is my parcel. I have not received any call from DTDC also. The receiver details of the shipment is just "4" .Please resolve this shipment is very important

My shipment has not been delivered but its status is showing that it has been delivered today.We have not got any call from delivery agent . My shipment track number is D35103450.So please help us to get the shipment as soon as possible.

My name is Shoaib Haq, DTDC Curiour service not delivering my item . If I don’t get that item I am facing huge financial losses, my tracking number is Z75068764. They are harassing me by not giving my item to me, please please help me take strict action against DTDC Curiour service.

Hi i have marked a courier at 9th of may 2022 it's about to end 3 days still not received the parcel to the destination

DTDC Docket No D93081741 not received to DTDC since 28/03/2022

My consignment number is K55008845. I have not received my parcel but it is showing delivered. I don't know why they are updating wrong information and is so irresponsible to deliver the product properly. My contact number is given but nobody has contacted me. Still now after repeated complaint I have not got any information regarding my courier.

I had availed courier services of DTDC for movement of my personal belongings from Kolkata to Gurgaon. 2 cartons were shipped from kolkata on 5th May and was expected to be delivered by 7th May. However, only 1 carton made it to the destination and other carton was mis-routed or something (as said by customer care of DTDC). Multiple calls were made against the query for same parcel, but the response has not been satisfactory and they're continuously delaying the delivery of the same.
I got a message in the morning today that my parcel will be delivered today, but there has been no luck for the same. Tracking number of the missing parcel is X77745087. A mail was also written to the customer care team of DTDC on 10th of May, but there's no reply yet. Need an answer for the delay in the delivery and want all my belongings back at the earliest. The payment has been put on hold from my side, since the services have not been delivered completely yet.

Laptop is not delivered to desired location yet but DTDC showing it is deliverd on 9th may.
Bogus service.

My product was booked from mumbai to tamil nadu and in between in delivering state the parcel carrying vehicle was damaged or burnt in accident and in the same vehicle my wet grinder product was there. Now issue is they have sent me FIR copy and telling you didn't had Insurance. But Even If I had insurance fire claim Insurance are different and this is there fault and infact this ### never even updated us. Please help me to get my money back it had cost 9, 000 rs.

I have received the Dell monitor today by DTDC which was transported from Ahmedabad to Bangalore via Air. Unfortunately they didn't handle it with care and my monitor screen got damaged.

I need to receive the shipment with tracking id D41126908 from DTDC courier service. The shipment arrived at the destination branch on 4th may but the franchise is not attempting the delivery of shipment to customer but simply updating the status out for delivery from last 7 days. Even customer care executives are very rude. They are disconnecting the calls over the face without listening the issue or concern

I had booked a shipment on 07-May-2022 (Sat) and the destination of the shipment was Gurugram. The consignment number was D22064739. When I am tracking the status of the shipment, it shows that the last status was updated on 08-May-2022 at 4:56 AM IST. Today is 10-May-2022 when I am lodging the complaint, and this clearly shows that there is no status update for the last 60 hours (even more than that). It is highly expected that the courier...

Multiple calls to DTDC - most times they dont respond from customer care. U16396337. I have logged a ticked ID that there are plants and they are not delivering till the plants are DEAD. It is over 10 days yet they are not delivering. Everyday they put status out for delivery and then put the status rescheduled. They refuse to take calls and it is frustrating that package is not getting delivered.

The courier agency im complaining about is located in gandhi road, RR complex, near navy 1st gate, Griblespet, Arakonam 631002, tamilnadu..[protected]
i was supposed to recieve my parcel on[protected], a lady called from that agency and told me they dont have courier boy right now and will deliever my parcel by[protected], and today is[protected] my parcel contains live plant which was originally shipped on[protected], and when i tracked my parcel it showed delivered status and i was shocked
i called the above mentioned number and asking about the sign and all...he admitted he signed the parcel and updated the status, .when i asked how could they do such thing...he was rude and started to curse at me...
I mean is this what the courier agency does???not delivering and keeping it a prepaid parcel...what a fraud it is

With due respect i woukd like to highlight the matter of my lost parcel from delhi to kolkata. I sent a parcel from delhi kamla nagar to kolkata lake view branch on 3rd may 2022 with dtdc blue service as it required an urgent delivery and we were told that pat Rs 460 and it will be delivered within 48 hours but after 4 days we tried contacting the kolkata branch and we were surprised to know that our parcel is lost abd they were trting to locate it through cctv recordings but since then the lake view branch of kolkata didnot revert back to us or not even responding to our calls. Our parcel is still not delivered.
This is just not expected from a reputed company like yours.

Kindly look into the matter asap otherwise we might have to take some legal action

My courier was booked from Hyderabad on the 4th of May. It was erroneously sent to Orai (UP) instead of Jorhat (Assam) because wrong pincode was fed in the system. 285001 (UP) instead of 785001 (Assam).

Its an urgent courier & there is no update about the rerouting. Kindly resolve this and send the courier correctly at the earliest at:-

My parcel was booked from Faridabad to Delhi (Mehrauli) on[protected] vide DTDC number Z74925386 not received till 9th May 2022
Another parcel was booked from Faridabad to Delhi (Mehrauli) on[protected] vide DTDC number Z75232065. We have come to know on DTDC tracking site that this packet was delivered on 6th May 2022, but we did not receive it till today.
We would like to inform you that we were available at home for whole day even after delivering the packet to unauthorized person.
I am a regular customer of DTDC, make and receive couriers regularly as DTDC collection office is just 500 meters away from my home. It is the carelessness of the delivery boy as he avoids going upstairs for delivery, which does not lead to delivery.
You are requested to take strict action against this person who is not ready to perform his duty and avoid such negligence.

I am extremely disappointed with DTDC service! I placed an order through my company portal on April 11th 2022 (Order Number:[protected]. We got a message on April 19th 2022 that the product was delivered successfully.

The very next day (Apr 20th) I called the customer service and spoke with Dhana (men) and he said that the delivery status shows incorrectly on website due to some technical issues and he promised that he will ensure that product is delivered to our correct address by tomorrow (Apr 21st).
We did not receive the product.

My mother-in-law received a call and she was told that the product is already delivered to a person called Muthusamy. But there is nobody with that name in our house. So, I called the customer care again on May 3rd and spoke with Wilson. He said that he will inform the backend team but I was not ready to wait for any longer since it has already been more than two weeks. I wanted him to put a conference call to the backend team and spoke with Vaishali.

Vaishali said she is the one who handles my case and said that she will look into the issue and call me back in sometime on the same day (May 3rd) but I never received any calls from her till now.

I called customer care today and spoke with Mani. He said Vaishali is handling the case and transferred me to that department. Through IVR it looks like the call was transferred to a normal mobile number and after several rings the call got disconnected.

I again spoke with Krishna and Sumit on May 6th and Sumit promised that he will make sure that the Product is delivered to our address on the same day but we never received the product nor any calls / updates from this DTDC customer service !

EXTREMELY FRUSTRATED WITH DTDC CUSTOMER SERVICE. NONE OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED REPRESENTATIVES KEPT THEIR PROMISE. ESPECIALLY VAISHALI WHO PROMISED SHE WOULD CALLBACK. NOBODY IS READY TO PROVIDE A PROPER SOLUTION!

Please take steps to get our product delivered to us at the earliest.
