I had booked a shipment on 07-May-2022 (Sat) and the destination of the shipment was Gurugram. The consignment number was D22064739. When I am tracking the status of the shipment, it shows that the last status was updated on 08-May-2022 at 4:56 AM IST. Today is 10-May-2022 when I am lodging the complaint, and this clearly shows that there is no status update for the last 60 hours (even more than that). It is highly expected that the courier company would update the status at least once per 24 hours, but here in this case, it is totally opposite.
1.) Can you even imagine that there is no status update for the last two and a half days ???
2.) Is this the right standard of services which a customer should get after having paid a good amount at your franchisee counter ???
3.) A shipment is under "In-Transit" status for almost last three days !! How ??
I reached out to my local DTDC Office (where I had booked it from), but they said that they too do not have any information except what is being shown on the DTDC website. I wanted to know from them- what has exactly happend to my parcel, but they were not able to provide me with any information. Their sweet and simple solution is- they want me to keep waiting for days. Then I had emailed [protected]@dtdc.com, but did not receive much information from their side too. I also contacted your Customer Service Team over this number- [protected]. They had listened to my grievance and raised a ticket with the reference # 2698670. But, I have not received any further communication since then. Do you still think that I (as one of your existing customers) would recommend DTDC to others after facing this harassment ??
Please note, there are many courier service providers at my location, but I always prefer to avail services from DTDC. This time, I am very much disappointed with the quality of services which I am receiving from your side. It is not at all expected out of DTDC Courier.
Request you to do the needful at the earliest. Please ensure that the shipment is delivered properly and the status is updated accordingly.
