I submitted whatever documents were required to reissue a new sim. They took 50 rupee and on top of that forcefully converted my prepaid sim to postpaid saying that is the only option available... customer care as well as Airtel they said me that refund or adjustment is not possible.
Sir it will be huge unbearable loss to poor person like me if my money amounting to Rs 2997 is confiscated by company like Airtel.
