I had made a mobile recharge on the 16th of jan for rs 200, i wanted to recharge the no [protected], however i recharged the number [protected]. On calling the customer care, of hyderabad circle, they said that it can be reversed only if one number is wrong and the customer care executive advised me to call the mumbai circle to do the needful. However on calling the mumbai customer care, they said no such provision is available. Please help me revert the money back....

Complain:- regarding a credit limit cross and suspension of my no when air tel dont know why has the credit limit cross and more funny things my pdf bill will be generated on 21st january 2018. Next 8 days no outgoing call or net.
Gariahat air tel stores requires more obedient, polite, truthful, helpful, desk people and generosity manger (Chewing gums or playing with her hair in front of customers) and some expert need ed at token counter. Or else air tel will lose customer.

Airtel — mnp process going on for more than 2 weeks [Resolved]

I was airtel postpaid customer and want to convert my mobile number to prepaid. Visited my nearest customer service center in hosur, tamilnadu on this. Was asked to come next day for a week saying they do not have stock of sim cards (But could see they had sim for new customers). After a week when i started arguing, they came up with the single backup sim story and took my signature and details. Paid rs 50 for new sim.

My postpaid connection disconnected on 4th day of receiving prepaid sim. It's been 5 days now with out my prepaid sim getting activated. On calling activation department...

I bought an airtel sim and it's been 3 days.
Have provided my adhaar documents and also verified it biometrically.

Have talked to your customer care representatives for about 10 times in the past 3 days.

Nobody cares about the customer experience
They are not capable of providing fast services even if they are in the 4g/smartphone industry....

Airtel — data loan pack activated without my consent

Dialed *121*11# to know data pack options.
Selected option 1 for 3G
Then, selected 4 to know about the list of data loan plans available.

But, this has activated a plan that gives me 60 mb data for 22 Rs. How am I supposed to know this will activate a plan instead of providing me the list of available options?
If I select option 3 for data, you show list of available packs instead of randomly activating a pack for me.

How can you activate a plan without even letting me know what I will be getting and how much I will be paying?

Airtel — fake airtel bill generated even after one month of disconnection

Dear sir,

I have successfully ported my airtel postpaid number to another service provider after clearing all my dues. But i get an ebill amount of 129.45 and they force me to pay, so i paid that, still they forced me to pay another pending amount of 58, i paid that also. But surprisingly i got a sms today that due amount is 187 rupee and should be paid immediately. This is just a harassment done by airtel. Its really very very cheap game they are playing with me. Out of frustration and mental harassment i am submitting this complaint. Kindly help me out in resolving this issue.

Airtel — wrong balance deduction and no response

I recharged with rs. 399 on 8th nov and is valid for 70 days and my plan is still active but balance is deducted from my main account balance for sms but 100 sms per day are free as per plan. And also i requested for closure of my airtel payment bank account opened without my awareness, everytime they deduct balance for sms reply but do not close the account....

I would like to inform you that you Airtel store runner by the company with kiosk id 1787501 situated at vellore Tamil nadu.opposite Cmc could not provide me a replacement sim when I approached them instead they took the pending bill amount from me and told me find the sim from other shops nearby.

I condemn such behaviour of your employee being an old customer of Airtel with my no [protected] and find that the store employees are very uncomfortable operative.

Hi, I was trying to recharge airtel bihar number [protected] from this website on 15-Jan-2018. I tried 3 times to recharge with amount 509, 509 and 448 and paid through HDFC netbanking and every time amount got deducted and recharge status failed.

I have only one transaction reference of 448 for the above number:-


Recharge was unsuccessful.

Hello, I’ve been using this prepaid Airtel number [protected] for almost last 4 months. I’m facing a sudden issue since last one month after I changed my plan from 28 days to 70 days plan. The issue is that I’m unable to call a toll free number [protected]. It was all well before I changed my plan. After enquiring in Airtel showroom, they said I will be able to call if I add a little balance as mine is an Unlimited plan. Hi airtel team,

I have converted my airtel post-paid to prepaid and it is successfully activated today.
I am trying to recharge now and each time i am getting error message as : “transaction failed”
I have tried recharge using my airtel app & paytm as well.

Since i need to make outgoing calls, it is very urgent to recharge my prepaid sim.
Also not able to recharge data pack as well.

I hav ported from airtel in d month of nov 2017 and recently received a msg from airtel stating that a bill of 534 rs was pending.. It was also sent to my current subscriber idea.. And they threatened to barr my no unless i make d payment.. This amount was settled by me on 31 dec 2017.. Yet again i hav received another msg from airtel saying that a bill of rs 233 has been generated.. This is sheer loot of customer's money.....

Hi, i'v been using the airtel postpaid since 2017,
I am on a plan of 499 per month but my bill of the 3 months was over rs.1400.
So i went there and asked him why my bill is above my plan, over which he replied i cannot help you with this and suggested me to port my airtel no. To bsnl/jio and explained me the procedure of "how to port airtel to bsnl/jio"
And at last he thanked me too, i have no idea why.

Now, my question is, airtel is one of the most trusted and used network in india, is this the way airtel took care of his customers? If yes, then i am happy...
