Giving less than promised on validity days

Recharged with ₹249/- on 13th June, validity should be till 11th July as it says 28 days. But it shows that it will expire on 6th July!!!...

International Roaming Charges - Billed Twice

I activated international roaming during my travel to Srilanka between 13th to 20th May, but I find the generated invoice - billed two times.
Also, there is no facility available to raise such concern...even the Airtel App that is installed on my smartphone

Frequent call drops happening

I am experiencing frequent call drops, connectivity issues in the Airtel network that I have switched 2 months back. Even whatsapp calls are dropping and there is delay in messaging service on whatsapp as well....

Talktime scam

I recharged a few months back on my prepaid airtel connection Rs.550 for talktime.
Later I realised its totally a scam. Subsequent recharges never offered a simple validity extension. I was forced to buy a "unlimited calls + 1.5 gb/day" deals only. When I buy this, where is the need for using up the talk time? So I was looking for options to use this talk time balance for my next recharge. The payment options didnt include...

Airtel pole - removal request/complaints raised

Unfair unethical business practices

Not adding my wife number into my family group airtel postpaid plan.

For past 7 months I am visiting airtel showroom to add my wife number into my family group postpaid plan. They are not responding properly, instead of adding my wife number into my family cug postpaid plan. They changed my bill plan from Rs. 999 to Rs. 1199. They fooled me to do their sales target. My SIM porting request not completed

recharge not reflecting in the app

Hallo Team,

I have recharged mobile prepaid plan with Rs.121 on 31st Dec 2024. It is visible in the Transaction History but the app dashboard mentions pan expired on 31st Dec 2024.

IVR chat is ridiculous and there is no helpline via email or call. App is pretty complicated in addition to increased plan amount often.

SMS are not reaching the account even after the recharge. In this digital world...
