1. You yourself has confirmed that 1 GB data loan was taken on 14 February 2025 once only. No any other loan in our account exists.
2. And this loan as pointed out earlier and verified also through Google declaration (screenshot already sent to you) that this loan will be adjusted international recharge by reducing the validity period by one day. And on the basis of your such assure is of your policy, one day loan was taken.
Google confirms the same as follows on its website.
Repayment:
The loan is repaid automatically by reducing the validity of your next recharge by one day.
You don't need to take any further action to repay.
3. And now just out of greed, you are asking for more recharge to settle the loan. This is totally illegal and exploitation on your part not acceptable by any court.
4. Why should we recharge for any more data, where we have already paid you for almost 3 months having 1.5 GB data facility everyday.
5 you have crows of clients and therefore even if you charge rupees 22 from 1 crore clients, you will grab rupees 22 crores just buy blackmailing them to recharge or you will keep their Data services dead exactly what you have done with us. We will take up this point to the consumer court to slap heavy penalty for your such blackmailing trade practices.
6. You have kept our Data services dead for the last over one month. Evidently now to pressurize us to pay your illegal demand for One Day data loan.
7. You said, the dead data services would be restored back by 30th April 2025. Why? Mention the legal and logical reason why you need so many days over a month to restore it back? Obviously you are responsible and totally liable legally for heavy compensation and reimbursement for all the suffering and monetary losses due to your such deficiency and negligence to keep our Data services dead for so long over a month by illegally linking it with one day loan payment due.
8. Your trouble shooting steps are of no use as we already pointed out there is nothing wrong with the setting as even the reset of this setting does not make any change and keep the internet dead making it very clear that it has been deactivated at your end only to pressurize us to make illegal payment by data recharging not required by us at all.
9. You are constraining us to drag you as already pointed out to the consumer court. You did not learn any lesson when you had to pay 5 lakhs rupees compensation in Jasmeet singh puri case.
10. consumer court case, as reported by Bar and Bench, imposed a ₹5 lakh penalty on Airtel for harassing a custome by disconnecting his internet service . The court upheld the penalty, finding Airtel negligent in providing adequate service and using its position to harass the customer.
11. We will tell the court to double the penalty from 5 lakh to 10 lacs because Airtel in fight of previous penalty continued harisingh customer a mountain to contempt of court. Make a legal note of.
