Hi team,

I have been having tough times dealing with new connections and poor customer service agents at airtel these days.
This will be my final call requesting for the connection installation.in case of no response within 24 hours i will plan accordingly to go to a different vendor.

I booked a new secondary connection on 8-sep-2018 through amazon for an amount of rs.599. I was not on sunday to inform that i will get the installation between 17th to 20th of this month. I requested for either weekends (9th or 13th or 15th or 16th or 22nd or 23rd) and not on...

Airtel — poor signal and very low speed

Dear airtel i've been waiting for a response from you about my problem. Signal is very poor. Speed is very slow and can't able to see a picture from google images. Very bad. And their customer care employees ask me to port. Worst customer service. I've called customer care more than 15 times and every time they say that your problem will be resolved. I've using 549 plan in my plan there is 3.5gb per day data for 28 days. And i can't even able to use 100mb of data just because of poor network and worst network of airtel. I want my refund...

Airtel — sim not working after prepaid to postpaid transfer

I did request for prepaid to postpaid transfer thinking that the network connectivity will be better as airtel prepaid is really very bad this days. One porting is completed after verification, then my old sim got deactivated and the new got activated. When i inserted the new sim... First it took the network and asked to restart the phone. But after restarting it stopped working and now no network is coming.
I have now both sim not working. It is really frustrating after taking postpaid connection specially
Need help asap...

Dear sir/mam. Plz deactivate my all reachargable service from my mob no [protected]. Prently refund whatever cutting balnce 13+86+13 rs total 132 ruppess. Because presently i m in saudi arabia so too much disturbilng, i want to on my number parmanently, if airtel will solve my issues then i will be happy to elect this airtel sim other wise no more binifits.

I also registered a complaint to the bank but as per the bank the issue pertains to mobile service provider. Also some times I received OTP but after a long time. We have airtel broadband connection with account no. [protected]-mh. We face many issues with this connection we submit complain via mail & customer care number many times but did not get any solution for that we have connection from last 2 year but we have face connectivity problem till start up. Now we bothered & tired to complaining many times we paid advance payment for 12 months now they either no refund nor solving issue. As our work by internet we need internet connection for our business but we can not able to do work. We take fastest plan but it is like to wasting our time...

Such a waste network you are providing to customers and claiming monthly bill for post paid customers was not correct.
I have been complaining about the network issues from last 4 months regularly.
But i cannot pay the bill without using the mobile. How you can ask to pay full amt when you are unable to provide proper network.

Monthly i made a recharge on 150rs full talktime for my airtel number. Today i see your deduction of amount 35rs of tin tv service totally you deducted 220rs for the service. Sir, i can’t have access to my airtel prepaid mobile number. Perhaps it is deactivated as it was not in use for sometime.

Now i am facing problem because it shows that this number do not exists.

I want my number to be reactivated as soon as possible. Kindly help me to get out of it. My airtel prepaid mobile number is [protected].

According to trai rules you cannot recycle the number after having switched off for 90 days because you still keep on deducting currency on the same. So it is better we negotiate and you give me back my number and i will regularise...

Anyone who calls me are hearing "THE NUMBER YOU HAVE CALLED IS CURRENTLY NOT REACHABLE" since August 29, 2018. I had registered complaint to the CUSTOMER CARE on September 1, 2018. I was actively receiving calls from Customer Care actively for about 6 days ... everytime asking my complaint in detail. This was already mentioned in detail in my mail. I had sent about 13+ screenshots to support my complaint. Still of no use. 13 days have completed and my problem is yet to be resolved. My immediate family, relatives or friends are suffering because of this. I receive calls when I use 3G instead of 4G....

I hv a clear balance of rs 1707/54 is lying in my dth? C for the last 9 months.. When i renewed plan for dth in feb, 2018, ur local rep made me pay the full amount and said the refund of credit amount will b given to me by head office.
Ever since i made about 10-12 calls to ur both no, (121 & [protected]) and everytime i was told that ur senior person will call me up.. Till today no one bothered to contact me. During the last abt 9 months.
Its matter of regret that a reputed company like airtel is not doing...
