Hi this is Radha Krishna my skoda rapid also had the same issue with the fuel injectors it seems to be a common issue with the Rapids and I don't know why skoda is not replacing them as it seems to be the issue with the manufacturer we have never serviced the car outside Mahavir skoda service centre sanathnagar and we always fuel up at the same service station and the last service on the car was December 2016 and they had no clue about this issue and now they simply rang me up and asked me to pay ₹92000 to fix the issue...

I purchased SKODA four wheeler in Hyderabad and I am facing frequent repairs with car and giving in Mahaveer Auto Diagnoworkshop at Sanathnagar. Neither I am getting the clear information nor my car was get repaired. I am totally unhappy with your service center. Lot to say but complaint reduced to 350 words...

Same problem for my Skoda Rapid that has done 75, 000 kms in 5 years. One fine day I saw this red blinking glow bulb symbol. Stopped the vehicle and called the Skoda call centre immediately. They said I can drive the vehicle not more than 30-40 kms. So I reached home within 15kms and sent the vehicle for servicing that is 7 kms away...

My Skoda Rapid is currently with Mahavir Skoda, Sanath Nagar, Hyderabad, registration number ending with 0477. You can get all the details from there. I am really shocked and confused how a normal wear and tear problem (as per Skoda) can cost a customer 1 Lakh / 2. 5 Lakh for a car with an ex-showroom price of 8 Lakh...

This is the reason why Skoda sales r **** up. I think Skoda will be the next brand to get out of India after Chevrolet...

It is quite evident that Skoda has a history of Premature Fuel Injector failure for vehicles manufactured during 2011 and 2012 until they changed their fuel injectors in march 2013. They cannot deny this fact because the number of complaints on this website and elsewhere is a measure of the magnitude of this problem...

Please do not buy volkswagen and skoda then surely you will feel for it when it comes to service, damages, or insurance claim and service cost. small example the cluth assembly cost in maruthi is around 13-15 k n for toyota innova 16k n for xuv 18k n for tata roughly around 8k - 15 k but for polo amd ameo it costs around 35k...

for Volkawagena and Skoda min one week for minor spare parts and average 20 days for normal body work( not major)...
