These guys are harassing me. Recently i went to this service center as there were some issues in my polo car. The warning indicators like wire and tap were glowing.
They inspected the car and told me that the suspension needs to be changed along with some pipe and it will cost around 25k. I agreed to it. Then again they ringed
Me and told me more issues and shot my bill from 25k inr to 53k inr. I was shocked and surprised but didn’t have any option and agreed to it. Now after getting my

For which pump needs to be replaced and will cost me 15k inr. I am in a complete state of shock as you people are more interested in harassing customers. I want some
Action to be taken as it is a negligence from their part and take any action against these buggers

    I own a volkswagen vento comfortline tdi - 2012 model (Diesel). The registration number is wb-02 aa 8929. It has run ~42k km and has been serviced regularly on time from the volkswagen service center at topsia, kolkata.

    Since january of 2017 i am facing repeated issues with the fuel injector. The first problem occurred on the morning of 27th jan, while i was travelling from bhubaneswar to kolkata. At about 300 km from kolkata, the car stuttered and started vibrating, and the rpm would not go above 2000. Did not find any road side assistance from volkswagen. So i had drive the whole distance at below 2000 rpm. After investigation at the topsia center, they informed me that the 4th injector from the left is out of order, so they need to replace the same. The total repair work cost me rs 23, 000. They also included the charges for checking all the injectors.

    On july 9th, 2017 the same problem recurred after about 5 months. This time when i took the car for repair they said, that the first injector is now out of order and i need to pay another 23000 to fix the same. Not only that, since the injector is not available i will have to wait 7 - 10 days for the injector to arrive.

    The service center could not give me any root cause of this problem. Nor did they make any effort to expedite the delivery or recognize the fact that it is unusual for such basic parts to be damaged so frequently. Need this addressed.

      I got my polo diesel serviced from world class automobiles - moti nagar (India) on jul 4, 2017. On july 16, 2017 while driving almost 10 kms, my car a/c stopped working and i could not even accelerate the car. I noted a indicator flashing showing low level of coolant. I am disappointed that the no one from the service station informed me about it and faced a lot of trouble during that day. I request volkswagen team to look into it.

        I am vividh m patil. I own a volkswagen vento highline petrol variant from last 4 years. My car registration number is mh04ge4680 and vin no is wvwg13607dt070202. I am facing a lot of issue with the after service for the car.

        In the month of march 2017, there was an issue in the battery and since it was under warranty it was replaced by the service center. However, after this incident, i have faced a lot of issues.

        1st incident: - on 26th april 2017, i had replaced coolant additive, other parts, and service was done. Attach is the invoice for reference. After making these changes, i was visiting my native place on 18th may 2017, and while driving to my village my car stopped and the indicators showed me issues with battery, high temperature, and coolant. After waiting for an hour, the car started moving (Fyi, we didn't do anything to the car it started on its own) so i took it to the nearest volkswagen service station in goa (I. E. Verna). As per the mechanic, there wasn't any issue in the car and he assured me that the car is in good condition. Later, in that week when i returned to mumbai, i took my car to the service center. As per the mechanic, the issue was with the lid of the coolant pod. He said, "the lid was not closed properly, so the car gave such issue". He also assured me that he has tested the car thoroughly by driving it for 50 odd km's and he didn't face any issue.

        2nd incident: - on 15th july 2017, i was again traveling outstation and the battery indicator started popping up, within few minutes i saw the abs, steering and high-temperature indicator glowing as well. So i called the service center to inform them about the incident. The mechanic assured me that the issue is because of monsoon season and it will wear off with in few hours. But it turned out to be life treating incident. The car's steering wheel got jammed and the car stopped in between the highway. I had to tow my car back to mumbai because the car wouldn't budge. Now, my car is in the service center, and on monday the mechanics will be looking into it.

        I am facing these issues from last 4 months, earlier it was only with battery and coolant, however from the last incident it seems like the abs and steering has also started causing the issue. I fear that the service center i. E. Automark motors pvt. Ltd (Add: -15, champion seal compound, parsi panchayat road, andheri east, mumbai 400069) will not respond to my concerns properly. I am consulting with them on this issue for last 4 months but there hasn't been any progress on it.in the last incident, i could have met with the severe accident if there would have been another vehicle behind me.

        I am very disappointed with the service been rendered by the service center. So i would request volkswagen customer service team to intervene and have some experts look into the car. I have attached all the invoice for reference.

          Hi sir/ma'am

          I am nagaraj reddy owner of volkswagen gt tsi with the register number ka-03-mw-9339 flash red color which was brought in the month of may 2015.
          I have been facing lots of problems with the car and service from volkswagen. There has been problems with the steering column, wheels, suspension, the software of the car from day one. I have sent the car for inspection numerous number of times and each time they keep the car for more than a week. Till date i have sent my car with problems for more than 5 times and my problems have not been sorted. My car as now till date been in the service station at volkswagen for nearly 2 months all together from the date of purchase.
          The service is also very pathetic they don't have a specific timeline, they have told one day my car would be returned and have kept it for more than a week with lame excuses. Each time there was a problem in my car it was test driven and inspected and agreed by the technicians about the problem but never rectified.
          Please check the job sheets and the history of my car and give me a solution asap. I have again faced severe problems and would like to give back your car. I have never come across any company with such bad services and a car with so many constant recurring problems.
          I have brought my car and given it for inspection at the vw apple auto pvt. Ltd 102/1, outer ring road, b. Narayanpur, whitefield, bangalore-560016.

            I purchased vento disel high line on may 2013 before riding 6000 kms injector failure around 8000 km clutch failure and many more costing around 1lakh with in 2 years. Stering gear box complaint at 20000 kms. After 6000 kms replacement of injecter pulling complaint started till now not rectified, recently emission modification was done now engine is dragging, after every service ac complaint or heater complaint will exist again i have too take back for service i purchased car from evm motors kochin br, such a wonderful german car troubling not even driven 23000 kms see the troubles in the car if i ride 30000 kms then what would be happened 4 times abs complaint till not yet rectified see how evm motors are giving service to the customers really the technical team are the jokers of german cars

                I would not recomend to buy vento from ahmednagar dealer as the standards of service are very low. Infact would not recomend vento its not value for money infact maruti ciaz is much better. My car has a knocking issue which i am told that all the vento diesel automatic will have the same problem.
                In past 5 monthsi have sent my car to the workshop atleast 15 times and few of the oroblems remain unsolved. But my question is why there is a need to take new car to showroom so frequently???
                I have a doubt that i have purchased a new car or a referbished car??
                May be i have buyed a wrong 🚗 or a right 🚗 from a wrong dealer??

                  I have given gor first check up @7500km
                  My car is very dirty, given complaints not solved. Their answers are we will do it on next service. Also they have stiched scratches on my car, & now they don't have any answers. Sating it was there. As specially do not buy vw cars & if you still want do not buy from krnavati vw.

                    Today's date: 12 july 2017

                    Hello everyone, i am the owner of vw vento (Model purchased in 2014). I got the new car battery from this service centre about 8 months back (Under warranty of 2 years) and till now i have faced car starting problem twice with this new battery. The battery provided by this centre is defected. On 2nd july 2017, i faced this starting problem for the second time and i contacted to the road side assistance people to help with this. I asked the service centre to pick the car from my location but they said it is not our job you must ask to rsa service providers for car drop. For two days, no one came and on the third day after so many requests, the service centre send their mechanic to pick the car but they weren't able to start the car and told us they will come back after sometime. But they came on the next day and finally took the car on 5th of july.
                    The very next day i called up and asked them about the car's status and i was told that you will soon get the call from your service agent (Whom i have contacted earlier) but i got no response. I tried to call them for two-three days but i got no response (Either it is switched off or no one is picking). Finally on 10th july, i went to the centre in the morning and asked about all this, and to my surprise i came to know that they have no new batteries in such a big service centre (How poor is the service you can see now) and they have ordered a new one which will take two more days to get delivered at their service centre. And still i haven't received my car. My daily car running is 60-70kms, and this car is badly my necessity. I am without my car for almost 11 days.
                    I will not recommend anybody to go to this service centre.
                    Staff is really not helpful. I am having a really bad or i should say the worst experience of service from volkswagen ncr east now.

                      I got my car serviced two weeks back and in the check itself the service centre claimed that they had fully checked and that the car was fine.
                      In about two weeks time, and my travel is limited to 24 kms a day, one fine monday morning, i find my battery completely drained and that i had to jump start it.
                      I requested for a technician from vw which was promised and that he shall take the car back to service centre that very same day to examine what was at fault. I didn't receive any reply thereafter and had to jump start it myself. I kept the engine on for an hour but when i re-tried, the result was the same.
                      I am not sure whose fault is this but just the last weeks back, the service centre had informed me that they had updated the software as well.
                      Now it is expected that when a service centre checks the car, it does so completely and there was no such problem whatsoever before the service.
                      My car is 2.5 yrs old and the reply that i received was that the battery needs to be replaced. Now i don't understand why this couldnt be discovered during servicing and that what was the servicing for.
                      The point is, i will have to shell out more money now that i may have to replace the battery (I didn't know vw componenets were so fragile; quality is a big issue)

                        I, fahad shah owner of volkswagen jetta 2016 october model had an issue with my wiper blade... I had pointed out the issue to the service advisor while the 7500 km free check up but he in return said it would not be covered under warranty as it comes under wear and tear. But now came to know that as it is of premium quality nearly costing around 3000 rs, it has 6 months warranty or 10000 km interval.
                        I hereby demand a free replacement of the item and issue of notice to the service centre for providing fake information when they receive free replacement for the damaged item from the volkswagen company.
                        What is the use of providing german technology when you have the worst service centre who could spoil the reputation.
                        I demand replacement at the earliest or else i am sure to go ahead to the consumer court against this atrocity.

                          I never seen such a worst service in my lifetime, i have changed nearly ten cars n each cars run around 80k - 1 lkh kms mostly maruthi, toyota n tata...but this time volkswagen ameo...i took delivery at abra motors nandanam chennai... so many of my frnds advised nt to buy vw cof of servce complts but now i felt sad coz for a winshiled they took ten days to change...i asked so many times before booking the ameo but they told nowadays service centers are opened widely and spares are available like maruthi but for a winshiled they took ten days to change...i left my car at kun volkwagen alandur... even for a two days work at maruthi, toyota and hyundai but the volkswagen took ten days...approx my expense for the rented car is around 5000 in this ten days...really worst service centers...

                          Please do not buy volkswagen and skoda then surely you will feel for it when it comes to service, damages, or insurance claim and service cost... small example the cluth assembly cost in maruthi is around 13-15 k n for toyota innova 16k n for xuv 18k n for tata roughly around 8k - 15 k but for polo amd ameo it costs around 35k...

                          For example a complaint or damages or spare parts change usually in maruthi, toyota, tata, hyundai they took one to two days for paid and for four days in insurance but at the same time for Volkawagena and Skoda min one week for minor spare parts and average 20 days for normal body work( not major)

                            I left my1 year 3 month old 13000 km recorded cross polo tdi car for the body work at Kun Madras alandur on 28 June 2017 with good running condition apart from some dent at the front door, I received a call from the advisor on 4 July 2017 stating that my car is ready for delivery but due to personal reason I was unable to pick my car.. then on 5th July went to pick my car but it didn't start later on my advisor said that there is a problem with battery need to replace with new one...
                            Please advise how come a 1 year 3 month old battery and 13000 km recorded car need the replacement for a new battery even the car was working fine until I left at service center.
                            I clearly blame on the service center they should take the responsibility for this because until unless battery will not dead, if they left my car with the interior lights on or ignition on. The Kun Madras Alandur service center is the responsibile for my battery defect.. they should be cautious on customer vehicle but they failed to do that and making me to worried financialy and mentally.. please help on this to proceed further.. thank you

                              Sir., we book a Volkswagen car ameo 2 months back but we bought Hundai i20 so we went to showroom of Volkswagen to cancel our booking of ameo car. they do formalities of cancellation but not return the booking amount of car.                                 My car is a Volksgaen Vento Highline TDI. It was working perfectly and all of a sudden the vehicle's engine went down and the vehicle came to halt. It happened on --30/6/2017 at 12 45 AM. It was middle of the night and "luckily" I was only 2 kilometres away from the Volkswagen Thiruvananthapuram Showroom. As there is only one authorised service center for Volkswagen in Thiruvananthapuram I assumed it will be the place to have the "24*7" Roadside assistance. But when I asked the security guard he was not aware of such a service.
                                Again i called on many helpline numbers i saw in front of the showroom and after getting many "Please check your number you have dialed" auto tune I finally got a person after 5 minutes.
                                And this person asked my Name and credentials of my vehicle and he wanted the vehicles chasis number too.
                                It was the middle of the night at 1 30, only few vehicles on the road and i was alone and this guy wanted me to tell the chasis number.
                                As i was the one who needed help I gave every details he asked for.
                                Then he informed me that I have not insured the Roadside Assistance policy of Volkswagen and I will have to pay a sum of 4500 rupees online first then only they will tow my vehicle to the service center!!!
                                Luckily I was able to contact my friends and they helped me. to park my car and got me home.
                                I am writing this complaint just after two hours of the incident.
                                My car went on for a software update two days ago and a this is how the vehicle responded.
                                When I tried for some assistance they were least helpful and wanted money first and that too a sum of 4500 to be paid online at that moment.
                                I was lucky enough to get external help. what if this happened to someone else in a remote part of India? What if it was a woman?
                                I love my vehicle but from this moment onwards i have to say I am very much disappointed in the service of the Volkswagen assistance.
                                They got all my credentials in the middle of the night yet they were so poor in assisting a person.
                                Very much unhappy and depressed that the service they gave me didn't last for not even 3 days.

                                  Sir, 2 days back my vw polo 1.2 tdi confortline did not start. Then it started with white smoke, and coolant get drained/missed. I brought it to nearest authorised service centre, they advised me that egr got failed/leaked. When i asked the reason, they told me that there's no reason. My car is 4.5 year old and its hardy 22000 km covered. Estimate of replacement of egr is around 50000/- rs advised by service centre.

                                  Start from purchase my car is being diagnosed/serviced by vw authorised service centre only, and run only 22000km. How the egr is failed even car is parked idle. It indicates the service/product fault only.

                                  I want my egr to be replaced by the company because it is either service or manufacturing fault of volkswagen company or their service centre only.

                                    I have a polo cat purchased in aug 2014. On 25jun2017 i have given my car for 2nd servicing of my car which has run approx 30k kms. My car was serviced and given back to me on 26jun2017. On 27jun207 morning when i tried to start my car it did not start. My husband tried to start it however it did not start. I called the service manager and told him the problem. He came to pick my car and took it to the workshop. After 2 hours he calls me and tells me that the battery of my car is completely dead and a new battery would cost me around 8k rs.

                                    Please explain to me that my car was running perfectly fine befor the service not once i faced such an issue that the battery is not working howcome after service my battery suddenly has burned out. No information regarding that the battery is weak or not working properly was given to be during the service.

                                    I do not accept this as an issue with my car. Kindly take this as my grievance and help me get a resolution.

                                      This a second time i am raising a complaint for same issue.
                                      When i first raised a complaint in ur website the vw responded and the kpr cars pvt ltd mysore people responded and assured to deliver car by 23rd june. They give new engine num chassis num on 19 july and informed to raise a insurence and take delivery on 24th. 24th july went to take delivery now they are telling car has some issues we sent back.

                                      Worst experience ever.
                                      They took full amount one month back by informing vehicle will be delivered within 3days.
                                      One month loan emi paid without car. Worst response. Don't ever buy car from kpr cars mysore. Gave engine num chassis num 15days back, after a week sales manager nagesh informed that there is an issues in the vehicle again he given another engine num chassis num and informed me to raised a insurence. I made an insurence on 23/06/17 and he informed to take delivery on monday. When i come to take delivery car is not even in the showroom. So i decided to go for consumer forum. Don't ever trust this kpr cars volkswagen mysore.
