Hi I am Working in Software Company.last week in occasion of b'day my friends want to party from my sides..then we decided we will order food from Biteclub, we all are very happy, around 8:30 i placed an order from BiteClub..for our friends and they said to me he will deliver my order within 70 min.then i said ok.when i received food and open then really very painful and shocking..bhut ganda smell aa raha tha food se..my friends said to me what is this yaar..we all are hungry..please call to biteclub and i called to biteclub and said i received third class quality food..this is not fresh and very smelly, we can't eat this types of food please change my order and provide me fresh food..then they said if you want another order then please pay here first then we will deliver your order..becuz another order will be paid..then we said this is not my fault you send me bad food so this is your food, and main pay kyu karu..how could you do this with your customer..then they said don't bother me again ok, and don't call me..his behavior is too bad.on that day they spoil my mood and my b'day. we all want file a complaint against Biteclub Staff, Food and Bad Services, Behavior.

Few Days ago i have placed an order from Biteclub..around 8 pm..for family..then i received confirmation. more then hour when i didn't received my order then i called to biteclub, he told me that within 15 min you will receive your order..then i said ok..after 30 min i received my order, but when i opend to my order then i seen this is not my order, this is wrong order mujhe gussa aane lga family main bacche bhut hungry the..or unki favourite dish unhe nahi mili..then i again call to biteclub and said this is not my order ye wrong order hai..then he told me that ki ab aap isi order se kaam chalo..becuz we dont have time..and don't call me again..mujhe bhut gussa aaya maine kaha main tumhari complaint tumhare manager se karunga..then he said haan karke dekh lo..but time waste mat karo mera.and disconnect the call..i wanna file a complaint against biteclub..he humilate me, harass me, insult me..

Few Month Ago biteclub person contact me for investment..he told me that it cuold be great deal for biteclub if you will invest in biteclub.. becuz we are different from others and i was impressed..and kafi money invest kar diya.. unhone mujhe 10% profit dene ke liye kaha then on that time i was happy, after a long time biteclub not contact me and provide me any profit money then i contact with biteclub..you know what he was saying to me..who are you ..i dont know who are you..and unhone har baat se dinnied kar diya main prui tarha shocked tha..maine bhut bada amount biteclub pr lga diya tha..apne dusre kaam chor kar but biteclub ab mere sath dhokha kar raha tha..or mere paise bhi rakh liye..please help me..my friend suggest me that file a complaints against biteclub..then he will refund your money..i want file a complaints against biteclub please help me

I have order Food (Briyani) and order was confirmed . But after 1 hours 1 havent recieved any order from biteclub then I called to delivery contact end, person at the start told that order has been delivered, But i said i havent recieved any order becuz i had payment throgh card after then he was trying to pretend my mobile is switched off. Even after arguing him a lot and requesting him to confirm the same order again, he bluntly refused order. This was message i received about confirmation, We all waited for more than 2 hour for order and this is the response we got from your end, seriously losing credibility from your online service.

I am a chef, and few month ago, i filled the form of biteclub..and after 15 days he provide me a order, on that time i was very happy, and prepared food very well ..and ek ke baad ek kai sare mujhe order diye gaye..maine sabhi order diye but after one month i want my salary..but he ignored me..tb mujhe bura laga..but main phir se contact kiya..but again he didn't any reply..meri family ko money ki bhut need thi, then i request to biteclub for my money but all are ignored, in logo ne mera paisa nahi diya, pura paisa rakh kar baith gaye this is very painful for me..biteclub is froud services and restaurant and don't believe to anyone in biteclub.. he cheated me.. humiliate me..bother me..i want take action against biteclub...

I have placed an order from Biteclub in dinner Date: 26 august 2015, when i received food i was very hungery so i opened the packet and start to eat, when i finished half food i seen homefly in my food, i was shocked how it can happen, and on that time i feel vomit and and after few second i strated vometing. due to vomit i have not able tto go office, and i took leave and due to this i feel sick at another day, and take leave..biteclub spoil my mood and health, if someone can take action on biteclub, please do and help me also.

Meri Friend ne Last week ek order book kiya lunch time main, vo payment kar chuka thi, and all are waiting for order but bhut time ke baad bhi jb order nahi aaya toh hamne dowara call kiya, but we are shocked becuz vo log bole ki hmne koi order diya he nahi hai.. hm logo ko bhut gussa bhi aaya..hmm logo ki kafi behesh hui but unlogo ne finally call cut kar diya.. or money bhi return nahi kiya..really ye log cheater hai, logo ke paise lene ke baad order diliver bhi nahi karte, in logo pr trust nahi karna chahiya, please file complaint against them

Hi All, This is very very much surprising and disappointing . I have placed order and it was clearly said that delivery will be within 55 mins . But after 1 hrs when I called to " the Biteclub "(the restaurant from which food was expected to deliver). the person told me that your order is just released and will be reached in 5 mins. Again after half an hour . when I called then attender told me that the person is reaching at your gate and it will take 2 mins to deliver. Now after 20 mins when I called again then the guard picked the call and told me that the Biteclub is closed and nobody is here. Now at night it is impossible to get food anywhere and it is disgusting and very much disappointing that Biteclub is collaborated with this type of service provider.

Main ek chef hu maine biteclub ki website dekhi or unka form fill kiya..uske baad unka response bhi aaya, meri dishes dkh kar, phir uske kuch din baad mere pass ek order aaya ..or eke ke baad kai order delivery kiye but jb un logo ne mujhe koi payment nahi kiya toh maine unlogo se payment ki baat khud ki ..then i was shocked unhone denied kar diya ki koi order nahi kiya apne ..isliye ham koi payment nahi karenge..this is very painful for me..ye log aisa kisi ke sath kaise kar sakte..ye human hai bhi ya nahi..mera money return bhi nahi kiya..mujhe bhut loss bhi hua..main abhi bhi try kr rahi hu but ye log meri call bhi pic nahi karte..please beware ..ye log bhut fraud or ghityan hai, payment bhi nahi karte hai..in logo pr trust mat karna bhut bade cheater hai..main in logo ke against complaints karna chati hu

I paid using net banking but I did not get order confirmation message. I called customer care.waited in queue about 15 mins. Then I shared my problem with them and they reordered my food . After that I waited about one and half hour for my food.but I did not get food. I again called customer care and asked what happened. He said that I delivery boy did not able to find your address, so he went away. I have given two mobile number during order.they did not even called once and returned back. I asked customer care what to do now. That time I was totally surprised to hear his answer that "Sir, Let's do one thing, I make a order for tomorrow." I asked him "If you are feeling hungry right now, will you eat tomorrow?" Very bad service.worst experience. Will not recommend to anyone.

I ordered food from "Biteclub" through the mobile app of Biteclub since there was some discount going on for Biteclub mobile app. As usual received confirmation both by email as well as sms from Biteclub as well as, in the confirmation sms & mail, it was mentioned as estimated delivery time . After waiting, when we didn't receive any update from anybody, , we Calling in Biteclub but nobody pic my call.and on that day i didn, t recevied my order. I didn't receive the food that is one thing moreover that humiliation and insult. I need my money back and an apology as well. Delaying more than a week, will force me to take legal action against this. Please be aware of this incident and avoid biteclub as much as possible, so that they realize bad behaviour is bad for business. and they avoid entertaining these people.

I just want to complain for the food I was served. kindly forward my complaint to any one who could take further and strict action for my complaints. It was my worst experience ever in Biteclub.
I ordered food from Biteclub, when I opened pack at my home what I found was food quality is very bad, The food too was Stale, I am feeling Cheated and what I feel that one should not trust even reputed brand like yours and if this is what you are doing with your customers.i will not recommend to anyone.
