Aarvi Insurance — Not considering claim | |||||
I had my mobile phone insured online through quick heal aarvi insurance, and when phone got damaged, they are not considering the claim and asking non sense documents even after providing documents several times. First they asked for ID proof and clear image of damaged phone, the phone did not had physical damage which took for me 3-4 emails to make them understand, then they asked for affidavit as there was difference in surname due to marriage, which I sent them, now they want an ID proof with spouse name on it which I don't have. And here they are, they wont send claim as there is no such document. Why they did not asked for such IDs and documents at the time of selling that insurance. Is there no value of the affidavit. Change of documents . When summited . Very poor work. Don't want to give claim. Just want to harass people and without service want to eat up comman man's money .

They have kept my damaged phone since julu 2017
It is January now. They said the claim is approved as total loss i.e i will be getting a fixed amount in my account. After providing each and everything they just ask me to wait for 15 working days. Everytime i call them i receive one answer from every other employess to wait for 15 woeking days. It has been 4 months and 15 working days are not completed yet.
Please do not get your phone insured with this company. It is total fraud.

Very bad experience as I send my phone for repair but there is no response I claim for damage of phone on jab I deposited money they asked and deposited documents but till now I could not get my phone back there is no response on phone and mail. Still don't know whether I will get back my phone. I insurance my phone. By quick heal through aarvi insurance. Thru new India assurance
