Sir,
I purchased your insurance to secure my mobile which was damaged due to an accident. It has been five months, however my claim amount has not disbursed yet. I have already submitted all related documents.

My current claim status is "send to insurer". I was updated on 4th dec'17. I have raised 5 complains through aarvi insurance, however i have not get any response yet. Please get my claim amount disbursed asap....

I had my mobile phone insured online through quick heal aarvi insurance, and when phone got damaged, they are not considering the claim and asking non sense documents even after providing documents several times. First they asked for ID proof and clear image of damaged phone, the phone did not had physical damage which took for me 3-4 emails to make them understand, then they asked for affidavit as there was difference in surname due to marriage,...
