[Resolved] Abhibus.com — No refund from abhibus fro very bad service from Paulo travels | |||
I had booked paulo travels from mumbai to kolhapur via abhibus.com When I tried to board the bus, the bus driver said my booking is in another bus. Then i waited for some more time for another bus to come. But it did not. Then I called paulo travels bandra office guy, he said my booking was in the same bus. Then he accepted the mistake and arranged my seats in another bus which came at boarding location at 12.30 am which was scheduled to pick the passengers stuck up at kalamboli due to another bus breakdown of same operator. After hardly 5 mins of journey same bus also got break down. All passengers waited for some time and when got angry over driver, he simply ran away. There was no response from paulo. The same complaint i have registered in Abhibus but they are saying that there is response from Paulo travels side. Was this information helpful? | |||
