This is to inform you that i booked a bus travel named sri krishna travels bus no ka 01 ah 2625 from abhi bus, this bus is supposed to travel from visakhapatnam to vijayawada, the bus got broke down several times during the journey, infact the brakes were not working, but the bus staff were reluctant to provide information, one of staff name is ramesh, bus is late for almost 4 hours, date:10:feb:2019 Was this information helpful? | |||

This is with regards to my ticket Abhibus ticket #36150008 that i had booked. the bus didnot come at the boarding point and i was promised by abhibus customer service rep named babu that i will be getting refund of 330 rs in my account since bus didnot come. but still i have not received the refund.
