We book ticket from abhi bus app bus name humsafar travels we book ticket of 6 nov 2018 date timing was 1:45 am of so boarding time was on 5 date but we want to go on 6 so because of timing issue we got confused so we want to book ticket of 6 nov so that we can reach on 7 so please do cancel our ticket and refund our money or book our tickets with that same money only Was this information helpful? | |||

My reference number is [protected]. I made payment for two tickets, but the booking was unsuccessful. I got a mail that the refund will be made within a week but till today the money has not been refunded.
Kindly, please consider to make the refund as early as possible.
