[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — complaint and refund my amount | |||||
To abhibus, This complaint to you traveled on 12th sept to bangalore to belgaum by rajhamsa ksrtc we miss the bus seat number 27, 28 i and my sister was traveling, there were no calls or we didn't receive any message on a registered number from your end, and not even from ksrtc Side. We reached yeshwantpur govardhan theatre at 8:30 and our bus timing mentioned in the ticket was 21: 25, when we asked ksrtc inquiry counter they said there is bus delay in counter we were waiting till 22:30 when we Called ksrtc customer care we got driver a number he said he has crossed the toll. Without any call and message passed off, and again i Need to pay 1200 and traveled through ksrtc sarige to reach belgaum, i request u to refund my amount 1608 which i haven't traveled from rajhamsa ksrtc bus on that day.
