Hi team, Please find below the booking details: Ticket # ts[protected]rnns Ticket # ts[protected]ogjg Representatives spoke to : pavan, shyam, kiran, shravan, peter, shalini, divya, ramya Date : 01-may-2018 till 04-may-2018 I have booked 3 tickets from bangalore to nellore for the date of 01-may-2018 under 2 pnr numbers, and i was given 09:45 pm as my boarding time at btm, bangalore. I have reached the boarding point by 09:30 pm and have been waiting for the bus until 10:00 pm with no update regarding the contact details of the bus driver or any update whatsoever. Later at 10:00 pm, hp non-ac bus came and when we inquired regarding ac-sleeper, they have said that the sleeper bus has been cancelled, after which we have tried calling hp travels for the update but no one responded and then we have called abhibus for an alternate solution. Abhibus representatives have called and informed that they cant find an alternate solution for this. Despite of numerous calls, no one helped me resolve the issue and all they say is we cant find an alternate bus and i have to find my own way and they would refund my money the next day. I had a very important function happening at the home and i had to be there, so i was forced to take a cab to my hometown which costed me rs.12, 000/- and on 02 may 2018 i got a call from abhibus executive and mentioned that the bus operator had sent message about bus cancellation but we have received any such sms and when asked to send a proof regarding the same, they didnt send anything till now. And when asked to connect to the operator, they kept me on hold for 5 minutes and said that they are not responding. This is completely ridiculous. And i had to go through lot of mental pressure because of their irresponsibility. I had to spend so much money to get to my destination and i need a re-reimbursement for the same. Please help me out in getting the money of rs.30, 000/- which includes what i have spent for this journey and compensation for the mental pressure they caused me and for my time they have wasted without resolving my issue.
