I booked a ticket from hyderabad to bangalore on 22nd march 2018 through the abhibus app. The operator name came as new dhanunjaya travels. My boarding point was kukatpally at 8.15pm. The employee from dhanunjaya travels called me at around 5.30pm and said that the bus was canceled, at that time i was on the journey to hyderabad to reach the boarding point. I was very disappointed. I faced many problems to reach bangalore. I missed my interview in bangalore. Who is responsible for this situation. While booking a bus through abhibus app, the assurance given by abhibus.
