Abhibus Services India — Refund or ticket transfer from one date to another date

I booked a tickect in abhi bus from hyderabad to Tirupati on date 3 nov 2020 but actually i want travel on 5 nov 2020 i mistakley booked ticket on same date. I paid 1730 rs for two tickets.so i contacted the ticket very immediately but i didn't get single rupee from abhi bus.so contacted to abhi bus help desk they didn't even giving respect to customer.

So please resolve this issue as soon as possible.we are very poor family sir could you please take the cancellation charges and give me the remaining amount .
