[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — service bus canceled and need full refund | |||||
Hi, yesterday (10th jan) i got message from tsrtc as "tsrtc regrets to inform that the service no 7636 has been cancelled for which you have booked tkt no:56210371 journey date:12-jan-2018 18:00 seat/s (15) cancel your ticket at the issued portal before 27-jan-2018 18:00 to get the full refund. T&c apply." But while trying to trigger cancel request from abhibus (Issued portal), it is showing cancellation charges as rs 40. Service itself canceled by tsrtc but they are charging the cancellation fee. Does it make any sense? I want my full refund (Rs430) and to my bank not as abhi cash.
