[Resolved] Abhibus Services India — technical error no refund processed | |||||
Hi, Booked a ticket with abhibus and there was no email confirmation, no sms and the trip was not showing on the app profile. The issue is between the app and the phonepe payment gateway. Booked another ticket thru the app and without any confirmation, they have double booked the ticket. When request for refund they are saying that it is my mistake.
