[Resolved] Abhibus.com — No ticket booked even after payment also payment not refunded | |||||
Date : 3/12/2015 Order Number : O_13210890 of CCAvenue and EBS Payment ID : 45306426, I booked a ticket on 3rd dec. 2015. Everything was going fine, only after the payment was completed, a pop up generated and it said that there was some problem with the ticket but your payment is successful, please contact customer care for your inconvenience. I did so, just to hear them say please call us later there is some server issue. I again called them but they seemed to cut me off whenever I reached their receiving end. The amount deducted from my account and I want them to be refunded as no ticket was booked against the payment. I can send you the email of successfully accepted payment. I give you my creditcard statement please check it out this process is just take max 24 hours and you take 1 week or more what the hell is this? i call customer care he just take a complaint after that not any process you take.
