Abn Amro — NoC for car

I have taken car MH12 CD 5541 in year 2004 through ABN Amro loan. I was transferred and forgot to get NOC after loan was fully paid. My RC book still shows Hypothecated to ABN amro and now i am not getting NOC as bank is closed. I do not even have loan number. AbN amro was taken over by RBS and RBS by RBL but no one is able to provide NOC. I want to do re registration of the car as it is over 15 years. Pl help to get this issue resolved.
