I am writing to bring to your attention my extreme disappointment with the services provided by Krishnendu Pandit, who is my relationship manager at ABP Wedding. As a premium exclusive member with the Profile ID AW69988937, I had high expectations from your organization, and it is unfortunate that my experience has not lived up to those expectations.
I had opted for the highest package offered by ABP Wedding with the belief that I would receive the best possible services for my special day. However, from the very beginning, Krishnendu has failed to deliver on his promises. He has been unresponsive to my calls and emails, and when he did finally respond, it was with a lack of professionalism and care that is unacceptable for someone in his position.
Furthermore, I have encountered multiple issues with the services provided by ABP Wedding, including incorrect information provided by Krishnendu and his team, delayed responses, and a general lack of attention to detail. These issues have caused me a great deal of stress and anxiety, and I am extremely disappointed with the overall experience.
I had high hopes and expectations from your organization, which is why I chose ABP Wedding over others. However, the level of service provided by Krishnendu and his team has left me feeling let down and frustrated. As a premium exclusive member, I expect nothing but the best, and unfortunately, that is not what I have received.
I urge you to take immediate action to rectify these issues and provide me with the level of service I was promised. I trust that you will take my complaint seriously and take the necessary steps to ensure that no other customer has to go through the same experience.
