Abt Parcel Service — Cargo service

Dear ABT Team,

This complaint is regarding cargo service from Bombay ( Vasai) to Mysore (Nakoda Buttons). Also other details is attached herewith [5 receipts(bill)]. And this email was sent to your team on july 26 2020, I have not received any response.

Compliant: You have charged Rs.14.58 per kg in 4 bills of 120 kgs each and Rs.16.56 per kg in 1 bill of 60kgs, where as the actual price of your company is Rs. 7.7/8 per kg for cargo service.

Kindly look into the matter urgently and refund the amount as soon as possible.
