[Resolved] Accenture — Early lease/buyout after leaving the organization: asking to pay it without taking me into confidence
My name is aakanksha kukreti. Presently i have left accenture, when i resigned from the organization on 20/03/2017 i asked for the buyout but accenture was not ready for that so i start asking for the early release but accenture told me to server the entire notice period of 3 months. Than suddenly on the last day on the 2nd month i. E. 19/05/2017 i was told that i got early release and that day is my last day. Last month when i asked about f&f i got an email from finance team to deposit 35000+ amount to accenture. I tried to discuss with the communicating hr but they redirected me to some finance/hr guy prince who was not ready to listen anything from my side and behaved rudely. Why should i deposit that money as i have not asked for buyout. Accenture is doing completely injustice to me and even blaming me with all those incident even hr didn't come back to me when i asked for the buyout amount 3 weeks before the exit date. Name : aakanksha kukreti Emp. Id[protected] My serving location is pune Was this information helpful?

True this. Accenture does make such contracts which isn't applicable in India. For example, a level 12 employee has to serve a notice period of one month as per Accenture policies but the employees are asked to serve a notice period of 3 months and when asked for a early release, they are forced to buyout.
