Hi my name is varsha, i joined accenture on september 20 i was in the team called rsa bangalore where i was treated very unfairly by my team members called priyanka and swiss they were trying to put me down because i saw there unethical behaviour by capturing photos of blue book in wash room from that time onwards they threatened me scolded me abused me for this reason i complaint on them with my team leader and manager but no use and matter i escalated to hr but no use. They are supporting these two female employees very much and trying to throw me out of the organisation by saying that i have not cleared the pre assessment training and they are not allowing me to come to floor and not providing me access to floor. To just to show to management they are scheduling cab unnecessary so that if i cancel the cab so they can put fault on me. Hr team and neutral team say that they are helping me. Since i am a single mother with no male support my supervisor and hr team are playing with my career badly. I raised a concern in assessment also they are making biased by giving me 190 marks and other only for 50. They don't have proper solution for my problems. Kindly look into this matter seriously.
