Hello,
My technical round was success after that were my two HR rounds they were a success. all documentation were asked for and submitted. After that final interview round pending which was suppose to happen on Monday 22nd March nd they rejected my candidature.

2 says prior the final interview HR decides for skill test. If I'm not wrong skill test is first round. How come after all positive feedbacks and just before hiring you decide skill test nd reject me in this basis. Skill test is a general test where a more individual test which is technical round was cleared by me and the interviewer who had 10years of experience could pass me for the role.

My concern is how 2 days prior to final round there was skill test? How is the rejection valid of a candidate two days prior the final interview after 3 successful interview rounds and submission of all documents?

      Hi Madhusmita,



      Kindly follow the below process for Wages rejection as your previous org has to take an action in this case.



      As per the EPFO rule, employee who have joined an org. before Sept 2014 and have basic and DA of more than 15K should not have an EPS account. Whole employer contribution to be credited in PF account.



      However, looks like your previous employer have created EPS account even when you have basic and DA of more than 15k. You are now required to have your previous employer send clarification with the reason why the EPS account was created.



      After that only the PF transfer will be processed. Kindly raise new PF transfer request and select attestation through previous employer. Contact previous employer and request them to approve once the clarification is sent.

              I want to transfer my PF details ASAP from Accenture Services to the current organization.However, I don't have UAN # to do that as there was only PF account then .                       I have uploaded the same marks and sgpa as per the marksheteet, still i am getting rejection mail again and again.Also my documents are on hold since 12 days.Kindly check my documents and approve them.                                       Hi,

                                      I have been recently attended Accenture drive in Feb month, I have cleared all the rounds as well as I have completed all the document submission process too, they also provided me the authority letter and authority letter is document provided by the Accenture itself only to those candidates to whom they will going to issue an offer letter.

                                      In my case also, they were about to release an offer letter, but suddenly what happened, I do not know, they hold the release of an offer letter, after taking multiple follow-up, I got to know that, they will not in mood of hiring me, and they didn't told me any reason behind that.

                                      I have faced lot of difficulties while taking follow up, because my Point of contact (murali.[protected]@accenture.com) is not coordinating with me properly.

                                      I have also raised the concern to the Global Head HR (srijata.[protected]@accenture.com) and Accenture Vice President (rekha.m.[protected]@accenture.com) of India. but they too have kept silence on this.

                                      Finally I came to know that they will not proceeding with my candidature, and the reason is confidential, what is the confidential reason behind for not processing my candidature, is this IT company or RAW agency?

                                        Accenture please delete my personal data from my accenture account permanently. CID: C883169 and my id
                                        It's been more than 1 week my job application status is showing pending and also i am unable to update additional details also. So please delete my information and delete my account as soon as possible, because i want to start from fresh application as in this id they are showing erorr again and again.
