Hii team

Whenever I am trying to login in Accenture work day portal it shows continuous error like wrong credentials and invalid user name
But with the same credentials I applied to complete my 1st round
Kindly help me with this concern.

    FnF Settlement Done, but payroll Department is saying they didnt receive the payment.
    Date 12th March 2024
    - After more than 24 hours and sending 10 emails on update on payment made, payroll department is saying they didn't receive the payment.
    I need confirmation on payment and relieving letter asap.

      Hi Team,
      I worked with Accenture services Private Ltd. at Pune between 2013 to 2015 and i had completed my resignation formalities and all the PF settlement papers were send to EPF Organistion (Ministry of Labour, Govt of India)
      Regional Office Mumbai-I, Bhavisya Nidhi Bhawan, 341 Bandra (East), Mumbai -400051. I had send many mails and called to EPF office but
      there was no response. Since 2015, its been almost 7 years you are not responsible to settle my PF amount .

      I get same response of ""The EPS clarification is ready and the same is sent to the legal team for validation. Once the validation is completed, we will take an authorization on the forms and documents will be submitted to RPFC on priority.

      We will update you once it's done and you can file your PF application.""

      This is so pathetic and irritating for me to see the same response from you guys since 7 years. Why should i have to wait 7 long years to get my hard earned money back?

        Whenever i am trying to apply to a position from my pre-existing account, the registration page is showing that url is invalid but this is not happening to people using other accounts. Please help me sort this out.

          Hi Accenture Team,
          I withdrew my PF from previous employer back in 2017, while transferring PF to current employer from Accenture in 2023, I faced EPS error issue .I have been following up since then with all documents already submitted to Accenture Team but no answer apart from just same repetitive replies.

          " Eps clarification is ready and same is under process with internal team, once validation is completed we will take an authorization on the forms and documents will be submitted to RPFC on priority. "

          I would please request help here as I'm also waiting on PF transfer to current employer as well

                Hello Team,

                I have cleared my 1st round of cognitive and Technical assessment. And I received mail that I have cleared first round and was asked to take coding assessment using the same previous link provided.

                When I login using the same link it shows that Test validity is over. Could you please help me in resetting my account as I am not able to take my coding assessment.

                  What happened to my pf declaration form acknowledgement? You have supposed to Submitted the application to EPFo office. I had submitted the document on 27 nov'23 and you told it will process with 20-25 working days. I am continuously following up with not getting response from your side.

                  Kindly sent the revised ECR details to EPFO. I had already tried to transfer my PF 5-6 times and it's showing same error wrong ECR remitted. Why are you not able to raise revised ECR? I am facing this issue from last 8 months and you people do not have curtesy to revert back on my email. I am continuously following up with you. I had already been sent 30 emails. Is this way of Accenture working?

                  Kindly send the details to EPFO and sent he acknowledged email to me otherwise next follow-up email I will mark to Accenture top management.

                    Unable to login to tekstac accenture learning portal

                    My username is - ase_19feb24_94. I have selected for Accenture and even got the pre-learning modules and l have been working on them from the past 2 days. But since this morning(22 Feb 2024), I am unable to login to my account. My login credentials are showing invalid in the learning portal (https://accenturelearning.tekstac.com/login/index.php). I have tried ‘Forgot Password’ as well, but I am not receiving any resets...

                    Accenture have created my account in their job portal automatically and now there is no option to edit, view it or delete it. They are storing my pan no also but can't even let it view to the candidate.
                    Please help me to get it delete and i would like to be notified when it's done.
