I have worked with Accenture Services/ Solutions Pvt. Ltd. in Bangalore as a Senior Software Engineer. My last working day with Accenture was 29th Dec 2017. I have completed all my exit formalities.
I'm planning to withdraw my PF amount, but I'm unable to withdraw because the below information is missing.
1. DATE OF LEAVING EPS
2. DATE OF JOINING EPS
Additionally, I had applied to the EPF portal to withdraw my PF, but it got rejected due to missing contributions. Screenshot attached.
Claim Rejected CONTRIBUTION INBETWEEN 1/17-11/17 IS MISSING PLEASE CLARIFY
I have reached out to the PF department, and they confirmed that this information could only be filled by the Employer(Accenture).
I have sent an email to the 'eb.[protected]@accenture.com' email address and have followed up a couple of times, but there is no response. It's been more than eight months now, and I'm unsure whom to reach out for the correction.
Could you please help with this matter?
