My name is Swaroopa, CID no is C9773092 gave technical interview on 14th Oct 2021, after technical interview, I got mail like you made it to hr interview, documents team called me to upload the documents, I uploaded it and hr called me and collected some information.After that they scheduled MR round on 21st October, after mr interview, within few minutes I got email like you made it to the hr interview and after a day when I checked status it's showing delay in processing your candidature.

Now it is showing like this:- Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities.

Now point of contact is also not showing. So whom should I contact for the further step.

Please help me with this and revert me.

Did u got any call from HR post this complaint? When did they release the offer letter?

This is very common in Accenture.I feel most o[censored]s face it once. They took interviews for 3 times of vacancy. Mostly all of them called till document verification phase.
Post the release offer based on salary expectation and early joining criteria.

I will suggest to look forward. They may release if your waiting list got confirmed

My cid is C9605332, and on 16th of November, 2021 I took the interview, on 17th the HR called me for HR discussion and now I am seeing that my candidature is on hold. May I know the reason and what does it means?

My name is Harshada Natu, CID no is C10391728 .I gave Skills Interview on Dec 13, 2021 and got a mail on the same day for "Congratulations, you have cleared the previous round of assessment. Please look out for a communication from us to discuss next steps and keep yourself available on the contact information shared with us. ". I uploaded some of the documents and status changed to hold before uploading some other documents.
Then after rigorous followup my status again changed to "Document Upload" and I completed the documentation & EAF. All this was completed on 9th Feb. 2022.

Now it is showing the status like this:-

Owing to business reasons we foresee some delay in processing your candidature. Once we have a suitable demand, commensurating your background, experience and expertise, we shall reach out to you.

We highly appreciate your patience and continued interest in Accenture job opportunities."

After uploading the documents I was thinking that I will get HR call & Offer Letter in next 10 working days But it doesn't happened like that. So whom should I contact for the further step ?
