Accenture India — not able to apply for any jobs

I am not able to apply any of these accenture job as the error is showing as "we already have this resume in our database which we received from you or some other sources, in the past. Please click here and login to india jobs portal to continue"

Please please do the needful by resolving this so that i don't miss this opportunity to be a part of accenture.

Hello, I've been trying to fill the job application form on the official website of Accenture which was directed by LinkedIn, but confirmation status says that "You have already been referred to our database and an email is waiting in your inbox for you to click on the link and submit your application. We look forward to your application within the required timelines". However I couldn't find any mail in my inbox. Please resolve this issue as earliest as possible so that I can apply for this job.

I have been trying to apply in accenture for multiple roles and always it's show that 'Thank you for your interest in accenture. You have already been referred to our database and an email is waiting in your inbox for you to click on the link and submit your application. We look forward to your application within the required timelines. '
But i didn't get any email regarding that.

And also once I got a call from Accenture's HR and she asked certain basic questions and then told me that you will receive a call from my colleague regarding the online assessment but they didn't call me neither the HR not the her colleague. I tried reaching her but she didn't reply.
Please resolve this issue.

As it is mentioned in the Mail i completed Employment Application Form (EAF) to 100%. But there is no update yet. My CID: C4836432.

But it has been many months till now.

That is the reason i have created different gmail accounts to register in website and tried applying to different jobs but again it is also showing like your resume is already with us.

Please help me with this, I want to apply to another jobs if it is not going to move to a further step.

I have shortlisted and completed Smart Interview for New Associate in Accenture ( Interview Code: Pk8ux9y-fd3754 ). But in Accenture website it is not reflecting inspite of that it is also showing "Please Note: We noticed that your contact details mentioned in your job application and Multi Factor Authentication are not matching. Kindly reach out to your recruiter to get it updated." . I am sharing my login details and CID number ----- (" gmail ID : [protected]@gmail.com ") & ( "CID: C5726441 "). Please check with this and do the needfull.

I also facing same problem, they are not mention what goes wrong instead giving a generic error.
