Accenture India — Offer Letter expired even after accepting.

Dear Support Team,

This is Tejaswini Padala with Candidate ID: C9650397, has been selected for ASE role at Accenture. I have received an offer letter on 17th of June, 2021 and accepted the offer on 20th of June, 2021 by following the steps mentioned in the mail but didn't receive any confirmation mail on that.

Then I have received Pre-Onboard learning mail on 22nd of June, 2021 and cleared the Pre-Onboard learning exam conducted on 11th and 12th of August. I even received a mail regarding Accenture candidature status update on 1st September, 2021, it was mentioned that onboarding process starts from October, 2021.So I have been waiting for Joining letter.

But now on Accenture Recruitment Portal it is asking again for offer letter authentication and when I try to authenticate, it is showing the offer has been withdrawn because of no response from my end. I have raised query on candidate portal but the problem has been not solved and I have also mailed to campus.[protected]@accenture.com but there is no response for past 14 days.

I request you to reconsider my offer to be a part of Accenture and please resolve this issue.
