Accenture India — PF account not getting transferred due to error from accenture

Hi Team, I am an ex employee bearing employee_id 11213512. I had raised a transfer request of pf amount from MHBAN[protected], But when i contacted the field office they replied back with the following comments : "Cliam F/13 will be rejected. With reference to your grievance it is to inform you that inspite of you are eligible for membership of Pension Scheme M/s. Accenture has not extended the same to you and not deposited EPS contribution in your account and due to which error occurred while processing the claim. You are requested to contact to the establishment and ask them to provide clarification letter and copy of paid challan towards remittances of EPS contribution in your account" I raised this on 16th July 2020; on the next day i got a reply which stated; Hi Tanmoy, Kindly be informed that your pf claim was rejected due to EPS contributions related technical error in PF balance, hence pf office working on the bifurcation of the PF and pension account and we are providing the support wherever required. The bifurcation as mentioned above is a time-consuming process and further PF office is government office and they work at their own pace. Hence kindly allow us time till the end of OCT-2020 for further updates. We will share the mail communication to your email id, once this pending activity is completed from pf office. Thanks, pf team“If you have not received the required information with the above response as required even after 2 interactions, please reach out to us on [protected] ( select option 5 and then option 2 on the IVRS) between 2.00 PM to 5.00 PM Monday to Friday” Today is 17th March 2023 and still nothing is solved at your end. Could you let me know how to go about it, else i have to take this up legally.
