I worked with accenture services/solutions private ltd at hyderabad as a senior software engineer and team lead. My last working day with accenture was 30th november, 2018. I have completed all my exist formalities and sent the documents for pf closure and then transfer as per the exit formalities checklist.

I have pasted all the email reply which i have revived from accenture pf team. If you go through the email you will understand how pf team played with me.

Kindly look in to the matter and do the needful.

Kindly be informed that your pf account has pension related error (Eps was not contributed for more than 15k basic wages, however pf transfer-in received from prior to accenture account). Hence we have submitted the clarification documents to pf office for necessary corrections and same will be corrected by pf department. Post approval of the eps related error, you can initiate pf claim hence kindly co-operate with us till end of june month for closer of the request.
About the eps error: please note that as per new amendment in pf rules, if employee basic salary more than 15000 then nothing will go to pension amount. The entire amount i. E. 12% employee & employer will go to provident fund a/c.in this condition if employee confirm that previous eps is ‘ýes’, (More than 15k basic wages related employees) then only employee eps will be contributed from present employer. Since, you have declared in form number 11 that ‘previous eps no’, so we have not contributed your eps amount from accenture and pf was paid to department accordingly. However, we have received the pf and eps transfer-in from previous employer and same is available with pf office for accounting. With this reason accenture pf amount need to be segregated towards eps account and after that pf claim request can be processed.

Regarding pf claim, as per pf department policy if employee’s previous and current company pf account number is linked with same uan number it is not possible to withdraw pf amount from previous company and since your uan number is linked with accenture and current company (Paypal india private ltd) pf account hence we are unable to process pf withdrawal forms further. After resolving pension error on your account we will share intimation mail to your mail id and after that kindly initiate pf transfer from accenture to your current company.

Could someone please look into the below issue?

I have applied for pf withdrawal on february 24th and sent the documents for the same on below address. So far i have not received any update on this. Could someone please look into this issue, i am in need of money. Please try to understand the problem from employee perspective.

Hi,

Please note that the provident fund (Pf) department have stopped accepting pf transfer, withdrawal /partial withdrawal applications submitted in offline mode i. E. Through physical forms.
The pf department is accepting only those pf applications which are filed online on employee provident fund organization (Epfo) portal.

In view of the above, though we have received your application for the settlement of pf, we are unable to submit the claim to the department. We request you to kindly initiate an online request as per the attached process guideline. (Please refer attachments 1 a & b).

Also note that for online application it is mandatory that your kyc details such as bank, pan, aadhaar have been updated in your pf - universal account number (Uan). If not kindly, update the details on the epfo portal for your claim to be processed at the pf department. (Refer attachment no 2 for the process to update kyc to uan).

Note: if you have already initiated the online claim request in uan portal, please ignore this mail.

If you have any further query regarding pf, kindly write a mail with subject line ‘pf query” and your employee code, to eb. [protected]@accenture.com for assistance.

As you said, i have raised request for pf transfer to my new account. But it got rejected. Could you please tell me, what i need to do now?

As per pf rules, pf department, they have stopped withdrawal, and now accenture stopped pf transfer.

Please let me know if you have any other option to get my money back.

We have already submitted the necessary clarification to pf office for rectified the pension related error in pf balance and same is pending with cpfc for approval. Once we received the approval notification from govt pf department, we will share the mail communication to your email id and after that you can submit the online claim request in pf website for further action.
As per the internal team update, pf office need time till end of aug month for closer of the approval. Hence co-operate with us till end of aug month for further update.

Kindly be informed that your pf claim was rejected due to eps contributions related technical error in pf balance, hence we have checked with pf office for resolving the concern and they have said that by next financial year all error will be rectified and after that employee can submit the online claim request again in pf website.
So kindly wait till mar-2020 for closer of the eps issues accordingly. We will send the mail communication to your mail id once issue get rectified.

I have tried transferring PF seven times. But, its getting rejected at the field office as they claim that you have not deposited contribution in Pension fund in my account.
You have to submit clarification letter and certified copy of paid challan towards remittances of EPS contribution in my account.
You promised on 17th Jan that it will be processed within 2-3 months. But it has been more than 5 months now.

I am facing the same issue with Accenture withdrawal since 2018. Now my account shows 3000 where as it should have been 36000 and it shows in funds and I am unable to withdraw. Can anyone please help

April 2020 is passed now what's the update on this, this really frustrating for me to follow up for my PF withdrawal from last 3years.

Hello Guys,

There are multiple people with this issue. Accenture team has been ignoring this issue for quite a some time now. I think its time for us to escalate this to government authorities and concerned departments. But for that we all need to fight this collectively. Please suggest any better option if there are.

I've been going through the same issue with Accenture. More than Rs 40000 was removed from my PF account. On contacting Accenture, they said it will be credited back by May after some ECR Review process. They claim that the process is now over but I still haven't received the money. Now they are not replying to any of my mails. Absolutely terrible.

I am also facing the same issue. I applied multiple time over last 3 year but Accenture is not helping me to transfer my pf to my new company. every time it gets rejected. they have now even stop responding to my emails.
I am an ex employee of Accenture. Employee ID:11151148. My service period was 19aug 2015 to 20aug 2017. Earlier my pf account was showing a balance of 60000 rs. But now it is showing zero contribution for the period I worked. I have mailed regarding this many time but there is no prompt response.

Same issue with me as well, Accenture PF Dept is not helping out.
I was working with Accenture till 30th June 2020 and my Employee ID was : 1185937
Requested for online PF transfer couple of times however the claim was rejected by PF field officer with comments
"Claim Rejected WAGES MORE THAN 15000 HENCE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR PERNSION STILL PENSION DEDUCTED CONTACT EMPLOYER".
Since one year I am following up with Accenture PF Dept, raised mutliple request (PR2358610, PR2588768, PR2483164) and send required documents (Form-11, PF statements etc) several times.
However still PF is not yet transferred and not getting any response from Accenture PF Dept.

Same issue. Unable to transfer and following up with Accenture for ECR correction since 1 year. They always respond with standard response to wait for 30 days. Last they said, there are many people and they are awaiting for legal team approval. Once they get approval, they will send ECR correction forms to Regional PF office.
I am fine to join any larger group with same issue and take any escalation steps or action required to resolve this issue.

My LWD in Accenture Was 31-JAN-2020 and when I tried to transfer the EPF balance to the new Organization, it was rejected. The cause they have mentioned that when I had transferred the PF balance from my previous Organization (where they have EPS) to Accenture, the concerned team of Accenture did a mistake and transferred the whole amount (EPF + EPS) to the EPF account. Since then I was trying to get it resolved and had sent tons of emails. But every time they Either reply with the same comment, or they don't reply. Intially there was a helpdesk number for that but since last 6 months that too is not working. I had also raised grievance in EPFiGMS portal and the reply was Accenture did the mistake and they need to correct it. I'm not sure how long this will take but we can't wait for indefinite period. In my view, if we jointly raise this concern legally then it would be helpful for everyone.
